I received unbelievable customer service. I wrote in a problem I was having. The next day I received a CALL from London...customer service. later, I was having great difficulty managing my crypto purchase. I received another call from the agent and he lead me through the process with amazing care. I have NEVER had such care!

The situation was stressful, but they took the time to review everything thoroughly with their liquidity provider and ultimately reimbursed my account in full. Their communication was professional, the investigation was handled seriously, and the resolution was fair. They could have easily brushed it off like some brokers do, but they didn’t — they stood behind their process and made sure everything was corrected. To whom it may concern : My experience has been great from the beginning. It started with the application process that was straight forward. quick response time. After Kaycee Thomas introduced himself via introduction letter. we had a few zoom meetings. Kacee has been polite, understanding. He knows the technical end in and out and if I asked questions, he took his time explaining. when I send him an Email he responds fairly fast. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE to me it is more important then technical knowledge. I do not know who will read it and I hope it will go to people at the top. Great customer service and easy set up I have been able to deposit and trade right away I love the low spreads & Bonus they offer overall I am satisfied customer. Its hard to find a good brokers nowadays so I am Thankful I have Found them!
Normally, deposit bonus accounts often have issues like significantly higher trading spreads compared to regular accounts, and execution problems are quite common too. But, in the last month, I didn’t face any spread or execution problems with Tradesmart’s deposit bonus account. And just last week, I also made my first withdrawal! I hope Tradesmart continues to maintain their quality trading service
As a day trader, having a stable VPS is essential for my trading. My experience with the VPS from my previous broker wasn’t good, even though it was a paid service. What I like about Tradesmart is that they offer a proper VPS service for free, which is a big plus. I'm also generally satisfied with their other trading features. However, I can’t give them a full 5-star rating yet because they don’t offer Visa as a payment method.
The support I received from my account manager Kaya was very helpful; even on off days, she responds on my WhatsApp number, which gives me great comfort knowing that there is someone who is always ready to provide a solution for any issue related to my trading account.
