SCAM BROKER THIEF!! I signup and got my account verified on 22 July then made a deposit of $671 on 3 August. Fortunately market went in my side of direction and I made some profits, SO today all of sudden I got an email that my account will be closed and I should withdraw only my deposit account all profits are declined and account is due to closure. This happened only after I booked profit on my trading account after trading for couple of days. Its a shady broker and will never let you withdraw any profits stay away from this scamming broker my account number is 56682.

I wish there were more stars to give... My onboarding was smooth, their performance is flawless, and their support is superb. Tara is the best! I cannot tell you how incredibly satisfied I am so far with them. I've only been here a short time, so I hope this experience continues. I’ve used a lot of brokers and TradeSmart has easily been the best experience for me so far. The execution alone sets them apart. Trades fill clean and fast, which makes a huge difference when you’re actively trading. Their support team has also been consistently solid. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve been quick to respond and actually helpful, which isn’t always the case with other brokers. The account management UI is another big win. It’s super clean, easy to navigate, and moving funds between accounts is seamless. Deposits are quick, and in my experience withdrawals have been same day when done during business hours, which is huge. They also offer 1:2000 leverage for smaller accounts, which is a nice bonus if you’re trying to scale aggressively. Only small downside is I wish withdrawals were available on weekends, but honestly with how smooth everything else is, it’s easy to overlook. Overall, easily one of the best brokers I’ve used and I’d highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience overall when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. For large withdrawals they will call to verify your withdrawals. Shoutout to Kaycee who was super helpful and assisted me all the way. I highly recommend this broker.

Unsolicited Review I've been with TradeSmart for nearly a year and I am happy to promote them as a great group to work with. Account setup is easy, service is excellent, security is a priority, and the tools are very intuitive. I know choosing a broker can be overwhelming. While I've only used 2 other firms, TradeSmart comes with the least amount of friction – they know how to operate. Just recently I have embarked on the referral side of things and I see solid opportunity there.

I enjoy trading platforms, but I dont expect to have a good experience, I was funding my account and I happen to send funds after the address expired and realized it after it was sent. I fully expected the funds to be gone, I was surprised to see that my account was funded, what a relief. thank you so much for what you do.
I am brand new to trading Forex and getting up and running has been a complex process. But the technical support at Tradesmart has been nothing less than stellar. The day I sent an email and immediately received a phone call from Kaycee blew my mind! The exact opposite of the way most tech companies handle their customers. I highly recommend.

I have an user issue and the associate took care of when and I ask for some assistance and they got back with me right away. They were very patient and courteous and that is a plus in my book. I spoke with a real knowledge person.

Best offshore broker for US residents, hands down. Great support, no issues so far on 5 figure withdrawals, Great site technology, the only thing that could be better is turn around time on payouts, currently it can take up to 24 hours.
I received unbelievable customer service. I wrote in a problem I was having. The next day I received a CALL from London...customer service. later, I was having great difficulty managing my crypto purchase. I received another call from the agent and he lead me through the process with amazing care. I have NEVER had such care!

Their communication was professional, the investigation was handled seriously, and the resolution was fair.
