Traderup customer reviews

Summary
User reviews are highly polarized: many accuse TradeUP/Traderup of being a scam—persistent cold calls pushing additional deposits, pressure tactics and fabricated urgency, use of remote‑access tools like AnyDesk, requests for passport and utility documents, demands for a “blockchain insurance” fee (reported as 10%) when withdrawing, refusal or disappearance when users attempt withdrawals, and allegations of fake positive reviews. Several reviewers highlight the broker appears unregulated and promotes automated trading software, which they consider major red flags. At the same time, other users describe a fast, stable trading terminal with reasonable spreads, useful analytics and signal services, an intuitive interface, prompt customer support, and successful, timely withdrawals; some assert the company holds a license and provides steady payouts. Named representatives cited in complaints include Mark Lopez, James W. F. / James Ford, Ben Klein and Dave Meyer. Overall the feedback is mixed but leans toward serious trust and withdrawal concerns for many customers, so independent verification of regulation, withdrawal policies and counterparty reputation is strongly recommended before investing.

SCAMMERS Two contacts to be aware of “Ben Klein” and “Dave Meyer”. Took my money, I wanted to withdraw and they disappeared into thin air. I contacted their support email to withdraw and they asked for a picture of my passport and utility bill to make sure it’s me. I’ve made scam reports on traderup.com and these two contacts. I suggest anyone even if you haven’t fallen victim to report as well and maybe something can be done.

Total scammers, hound you with phone calls everytime from a different number. When you go to withdraw profits tell you you need to insure with blockchain 10% of withdrawal. Then get very aggressive when you refuse. James Ford was the person I dealt with. AVOID

I have long ago invested in long-term investments and receive a stable income from payouts. Now I have become interested in more interactive trading, and thanks to the huge range of instruments that TradeUP offers, I have a place to earn.

"Immediate Peak" a guy who called himself James W. F. used "Anydesk" to install "Traderup" software on my computer and to me it seamed to be OK. But after a few days he called me and was interested in my savings and suggested that he could double my inlaid money with a new investment. After all it worked out as a hoax. The so called 'learning manager' James W. F. of "Immediate Peak" turned out to get angry and insulted me: "you are such a stupid guy" because I did not wanted to install "Anydesk" on my devices. Be aware that "Anydesk" is mentioned for managers in one and the same company and not for someone managing your financial interests and you hardly know in time and trust. Don't trade with these scammers promising you a lot. It is wasted money.

For me as a trader, a big plus is the intuitive interface of the application, which allows me to easily and quickly navigate through the settings and parameters of the trading platform. In addition, Traderup gives me the opportunity to subscribe to trading signals and follow what is happening in the market. All these tools help me to make smart decisions and profit from trading. In general, I am satisfied with the quality and functionality of Traderup trading terminal. It allows me to make a detailed analysis of the market and make reasonable trading decisions. It provides me with everything I need for successful trading. I can safely recommend them to other traders who need a reliable tool for trading the markets.

My only regret is that i did not start earlier. While the stock market is full of unsertainries about what to invest in, I used some of my tree money on the forex market. I trade here and I like the fact that I get profit every day, and I can withdraw it daily.

I have been cooperating with this broker for a long time, and in principle there are no complaints. As the terminal works quite quickly, I have not observed any communication failures

It is obviously a scam. Thankfully, I know when to spot one. A fellow Mark Lopez called me and insisted, tried to create urgency by telling me I have to put in 250 euros to atleast not miss the deadline. The obnoxious and rude way he was talking to me gave him away as an absolute scammer who was clutching on straws and desperate to get the 250 euro from me.

I decided to try the services of this company, because they have a license and it causes some confidence. I was not wrong with my choice. Friendly and prompt managers, the terminal does not hang, I had no problems with deposit and withdrawal of funds. In general, the impression is positive.

You can safely trade with Traderup. I have been checking this company for trading. Everything works well. I did not notice any manipulations with the platform, all quotes more or less coincide with market quotes. Also with the withdrawal of funds at Traderup everything is normal. Withdrawal terms are observed, the broker withdraws money.

It is a scam. Trust me. I tried with a small amount 250 euro, and as soon as I did that they called me every day to talk me into putting more money. I suspected this to be a scam so I tried to withdraw my money. They refused to give me money although the money already made a profit at that point and I was only asking for the amount that I have invested.

If we compare the broker with other companies, it's not bad even here. For example, not the worst spreads on key pairs. There is an analytical portal, sometimes it helps a lot, such a continuous flow of information. For scalpers, the broker will be good for them. However, I do not impose my opinion on anyone.

TRADERUP IS A SCAM TradeUP implies that investors are provided with excellent opportunities to make both fast and safe money in online trading. With TradeUP, it's all investment fraud. The money has gone straight into the pockets of the investment scammers. Not a cent has been invested. Nothing is traded on TradeUP.fm. Everything the investor sees on his screen is a deception of the investors. Have you had the same experience? How do investors get their money back from dubious providers? What can investors do who have been deceived by TradeUP? What help is there for investment fraud? Who are they? After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes. So Tradeup is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
