Finally withdrew my assets on tradelly. Big thanks to Silvia Herrera for sharing hints for successful withdrawal. Tradelly is SCAM. Report them to FCA & "Nａthan Reclaim's team.
They are the worst kind of thieves, in my opinion and ought to be completely avoided I lost patience but Pol!Ruckens helped me get my money back.
I invested a small amount of money and was constantly being pressured to invest more. When I asked to withdraw money I was told I needed to invest a further £6k to be able to release the money accrued. Strangely when I refused and told the 'account manager' that this smacked of a scam, I was told that I was wasting his time, he didn't contact me again and the latest information from them said that they had gone into bankruptcy!!! They don't reply to emails, WhatsApp messages or phone calls. What bothers me the most is not the money that I have lost but what they may do with my personal information!!
Do not trust this company, I invested £2100 and was then pressured to invest a further £8000 which I declined. My account was then making a good profit with AI support and then I was contacted by my account manager after nearly 6 months who said that he had to return my funds of over €88000 as they had to change their Liquidity provider. I was then informed that I had to pay £6100 to transfer my funds as soon as questioned my account manager he promptly ended the call and I lost my initial investment and my profit which really disappointing as we had discussed long term investment and regular withdrawals etc. I could name the Account Manager if required. Do not be conned
I put in 20,000 USD and in due time, my balance grew to almost 50k and naturally i wan to take some of hard earned sum and the spiraling troubled hit me, tax demands and delays had me seek for aid to rectify the situation, my money would have been gone forever if i stayed waiting for them to willingly give me access, peep the display image to see who secured my assets
This is my honest review. I invested all saving I have got to them, took a loan, make some profit but my money were never returned to me!!!!!! They told me they are changing liquidity provider so they have to return money to the clients but I have to pay a crypto network fees ( what was not a small amount) send it to Luxembourg bank Banking circle ( it is kraken you are sending money to!!) on my name ( they opened a special account so you will pay money to yourself but you will never see them back!!!!) i followed their instructions as soon as they received money they stopped contacting me, no answering emails Please do not be so stupid as I was. They have a nice talk but nothing it is true!!!! Yes it is hard to believe but unfortunately that’s the reality. I learned hard lesson and now I have to pay for it!!!!!! It is horrific
Stay away from this fake company, they do not exist in the Switzerland like they claim to be and are not regulated by any body, they are scammers who steal money from people who worked hard to earn them, they are manipulators, they foolished me in a professional way and stole all the money I had, it turned my life upside down, they stopped contacting me as soon as we started talking about withdrawing full balances. those scammers come in a friendly way but they are heartless.
Absolute scammer do not use these people. I have entrusted funds to them and when I wanted to withdraw my profit they made up spurious excuses and fees to extort more money. None of which I have received.
I initially invested after seeing an advert using a UK celebrity, which has since been shown to be false. To start with everything was amazing, I was allocated an account manager who was very personable, easy to get on with, as things seemed to progress well I had the confidence to invest a little more, again all went well. This in turn gave me the confidence to take out a substantial loan to invest, after that things started to go wrong. Admittedly money was made but then was lost and the losses became more than the profits. Then the account manager who had been calling/emailing every day to this point disappeared for a week, in that time an AI was put in charge of my account and lost everything!! Every time I closed a trade it opened more, all on crypto with ridiculous TP margins. The the account manager reappeared, persuaded me to invest slightly more to gain a bonus from the company which did show on my account, then I was completely ghosted! Again the AI took over, despite me emailing repeatedly I had no reply, again lost everything. After approx 1month of having lost all my money and with no contact, a different person contacted me saying that there was a large amount in my account that needed to be sent to me, as they were getting a different liquidity provider. I was told I had to pay a blockchain fee up front to get this money, which I had never done before to withdraw money, when I explained I did not have the money to do this he became quite insistent that I should take a loan to do this. This site is a scam! While I know there are risks to trading, the ghosting that occurred after I made the large deposit, then money miraculously reappearing in my account but an up front fee being needed to get this is clearly a scam! Pls people do not be fooled by the positive comments on here, I have lost a lot of money thro my own stupidity I'm hoping that my experience will stop this happening to anyone else!!

I have been struggling since Feb to get my money back. Lots of promises but no action and now they don't respond. Avoid this company, I am now seeking legal help.
I started up a trading account. Nice talks from a account manager almost every day when I started up. who asked more and more money. When I said I would not pay any more money they lost their interest in me. I told them I want my money back and stop trading, I first have to pay tax/fees/replace a bonus to get my money back.
Your just a scam company with zero credibility and zero morals about conning money with false promises taking money with absolutely no intention of paying back capital let alone profits
I opened my account in June with a small investment which did well and I invested more and my account manager was very attentive and the investment was doing well - until mid September whn I have not been able to get a contact with them at all, emails are not answered and withdrawal requests are ignored, even messages via their Bot does not get anywhere.. I would like to withdraw my investment but this is proving difficult with no contact, so perhaps a solicitor is required to prise them open. Be very wary and carefull, once they have your money they soon lose interest. I am not sure that they are still trading, but hopefully I may get reply countering this impression.
Do not be fooled by the (false) promises made by Tradelly.ai. My story is identical to all of the other 1 Star reviews. The account managers are skilled in persuading customers with little trading experience to invest. I made a payment of €250 on a credit card, but after reading their Terms & Conditions canceled the card so no payment was made. I did not pay anything and did not sign the contract, yet Tradelly call me twice every day asking for my bank details so they can pay me my investment (which I didn’t make). SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM An update at 21st October. The daily calls from different telephone numbers continue, now claiming that they are investigating fraud on my account, and they need my bank details to pay me over USD10K. (I cancelled my initial payment so I haven't paid them a cent!. They even referred me to their website which is a copy of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to try to prove that they are legitimate. Guys, you are all crooks.. don't waste your time calling me anymore.

I initially invested 200 euros, and they gave me a 'bonus' of 50 on top of my investment. I was getting a call daily from an 'account manager' going through my trades, and initially, the profit shown on the platform was excellent. I also made a small withdrawal successfully. I then invested another 250 euros the next month, which looked even more promising. I then got a call suggesting that I go to the next account level and that I need to invest 5K. After saying that I didn't have that sort of money, the caller tried to negotiate a 1500 euro investment, which they would then match. Again, I didn't have that much money available, so I declined. My 'managed' account started declining as it wasn't being monitored. I then started getting calls saying I needed to take some profit out and install remote desktop/control software to do this. I refused, and this started me thinking that this was a scam. I then submitted an account closure request, which was denied because I had not met the website's terms and conditions. I was told I needed to let the AI trade a certain volume amount. I watched my equity/balance disappear as their AI algorithm made multiple bad trades. Then, I received an e-mail telling me my balance was insufficient to fulfil the account closure request due to trade fluctuations. My account has been closed, and I cannot access the platform. This is a total scam, so please don't get caught up like I did. Scumbags.
the week i joined tradelly.ai i had a man calling me almost every day.after that i really struggled to contact him.not answering my calls or my emails i made a 39% profit at the end of the first month but when i tquested a withdrawal i was only permitted 45 euros at the end of two months i lost 200 euros so it was nothing like a worthwile way to invest and trade.i had theee most difficult time withdrawing what was left of my initial 225 euros investment and i had to use bitcoin which i found impossible to access my money i had left.they totally blanked me from the moment of the huge loss
They initially phone weekly I’ve had 2 agents since my initial investment €250 in June after I asked to withdraw to see basically if I could before I risked any more money .The agent said it would take 30 days and since then after it went up every week it’s gone down ,basically it's down to €6 and by the time 30 days have come around there probably won’t even be that they are a scam , if they are based in Switzerland they by law should be registered with FINMA they are not .they said it’s crypto so they don’t have to but that’s not true . They are not registered in the U.K. or Europe for anything . What they do is take your investment and as soon as they have enough of us stupid enough to hand money over they ‘lump and dump’ the lump is when they have enough the dump is when it all goes into their own crypto wallets . They use a cheap and easily available trading view platform , try googling that , it's the same as theirs . I only lost €250 but they tried very hard to get me to ‘ invest more ‘ you see the trading on your trading page going up this is to trick you into thinking you are making a profit . I understand the market goes up and down ,but after finding and speaking to a bonafide trader ( god knows why I didn’t take the time before I even sent the money ) I am not trading with him he’s just a contact I’ve been put in touch with who explained about these scams . If Tradelly-Ai have invested my money in crypto it would at todays trade be € 764.82 , that trading page on their website is BS They of course they have this profit and I will never see it Don’t be a fool like me. They are thieves and have no empathy except for themselves and funding their own lifestyles .
