I am sharing my experience with TradeEU Global to raise awareness for other traders. My account on this platform was registered as an Islamic (swap-free) account. I initially joined based on assurances of a secure trading environment and professional support. However, shortly after starting, I experienced repeated encouragement anf force to increase my investment, open larger positions, and trade with higher volume. During periods of high market volatility, I was also guided to open positions under pressure and urgency, which significantly influenced my decisions. Additionally, I was informed that by increasing my investment, the broker would also add funds to my account as support. However, this was not fulfilled later, and I was told that the company policy had changed. When my positions started moving into significant loss, I received limited follow-up support and insufficient risk-related guidance. In some cases, my requests for assistance were not adequately addressed. Furthermore, I was charged swap fees despite my account being registered as Islamic swap-free, which contradicts the agreed terms. As a result of these combined issues, I incurred a loss of approximately $12,700. I have already followed the broker’s internal complaints procedure, but the proposed resolution was not satisfactory. I believe this situation raises concerns regarding transparency and compliance with expected regulatory standards. I hope the company will reconsider my case and provide a fair resolution. I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

Tradeeu global is a joke, the dollar you invest at this company the dollar that will be lost and converted into a virtual money !!! I have 10kusd as a balance but I can not recover anything !! Be careful with them
Absolute scam of a company. Nothing legitimate about it. My mother unfortunately signed up for this after a fake ad of the president endorsing it. They don't provide any information of what their trades are just that they made some and that it's down 100% and there's no more money in the account lol. They have the audacity to call my mom and tell her, her account is performing well and to invest more money. I'll provide all the receipts needed to help prevent people from losing their money to this fraudulent company.

Trade eu are Scammers the agents are theirs literally. They used the method of giving me tips and tricks to invest and it turns out they have it all controlled on their side, and the minute you gain, they take the profit…l lost thousands of dollars in this scam, and they don’t stop they will keep coming for you even if you have a small unliking of belief in them.

TradeEU is a total scam. They project an image of being a healthy broker company and as soon they detect that a new customer is willing to invest any amount with them, they will start calling you and make you think that this is a good time to invest in the market. Initially they will lead you into “trading” with the amount you have decided to start with, and show you that results are coming into your account. You will be asked to send some documents to register your account and item their app. After showing that you earned money with a little amount, they will suggest you start putting higher amounts to “take advantage” of the great opportunities happening in the economic trends. Once the confidence is gained they keep pushing you to increase the limits. Once a big amount is shown in your balance and you decide to request withdrawal, many things can happen: either they will release a small amount to pretend they are reliable; or a big market crash will wipe out your entire gains. Then they will offer a rescue credit to save you from loosing all and showing their great will to support you. There were two main “fake agents”: Oleksandra, who tried to impress with her long experience in investing and professional resume. She will even say that she is rich thanks to that. The second one is Azis. He would sound polite and cooperative. He was changed since Oleksandra couldn’t get more money from me, and was the one who put all my open positions to close, pretending that this would allow me to close the account and withdraw my balance out. First thing next day of the week is that the whole account was showing all zeros and negative balance. He was even so disgraceful to continue calling most probably to create another fake story about why my investment disappeared and maybe offer another “salvation” credit if I decide to invest more. To anyone hearing or reading about this scam, and having any intentions in trusting your money with them, please make yourself a favor: don’t be so naive. They will make yourself go through a lot of disappointment. I could share further proof. Total thieves

TradeEU Global is a complete scam. They do not allow you to withdraw your own money after you deposit. Their so-called “support team” keeps delaying or ignoring withdrawal requests. I have tried multiple times to get my funds back, but they keep coming up with excuses. Please do not trust them or send them a single dirham. They are not transparent, and their operations seem completely fraudulent.

DO NOT invest with the Company!!! I saw an ad and they created an account for me. Later, they consistently gave me false promises, how to trade, what to trade, violated all possible regulations. I have been waiting for my withdrawals, but the canceled it withput a reason. Everytime I complained they push me to deposit more and more and had been lieing from the first day. Scammers! Now they ignore my official complaint. DO not waste your money with them
There's really nothing enjoyable about trading on this platform, it's just frustrating . Using Zineᥒsis Investment for my trades has shown me what a truly good trading platform should be.
I had a very bad experience of TradeEu, they keep demanding on deposit and shows I am earning but when I wanted to withdraw just to pay my credit they keep on demanding a deposit to withdraw. They keep on promising that I can withdraw but to deposit again until I gave up of adding more money from my credit card...I ended up with large credit card debt. "Trustpilot you email me to add support , how to add support if we cannot email you back? No space here for supporting documents, please provide; Is it OK just here add PDF's etc?"
What started off smooth quickly turned into a drawn-out problem when I tried to access my funds. The payout kept showing as “processing” for weeks, and support only sent generic replies that didn’t actually help. If it weren’t for my family pointing me toward people who understood how to handle these situations, I’d probably still be waiting. I was able to sort it out in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend going through the same stress. Open to share more if it helps.
I opened my account on August 20th with 200 USD and deciden not to use their services the day after. I talked with numerous unrespectful so called "advisors" that told me that I had to deposit 10,500 to collect all 10,700 USD to close the account. I didnt do it of course and proceed to retrieve the money (200) on August 4th. I sent the request for closure today..I haven´t heard from them so far.
