Stay away from this website, I have successfully verified my account with my passport and for regulatory reasons I cannot proceed without an explanation what these regulatory reasons are. I tried verifying with my Greek passport and even though the verification was successful, I still cannot open an account. The support team also have no idea why this is happening if you are expecting to get a return of any funds it will never happen except if you include 𝕥𝕣𝕪.𝕜𝕚𝕞 HUGE L
This is unbelievable. I have been trading with this company since May/2023 at first it seemed good and working out but the moment I mentioned to my Manager that I wanted to withdraw some money he started advising me that it’s not a good idea. When I told him I actually need the money for an emergency he was very reluctant to help me. I eventually figured out how to make the withdrawal but it didn’t go through. I received an email saying my withdraw was denied because I haven’t made 100 trades. I was never explained in the beginning that I won’t have access to my money until I make 100 trades even when I asked my Manager to help me with the withdrawal he didn’t tell me anything. I have tried to withdraw twice and I get the same response. As for my Manager “Daniel” I have not had from him since I told him I did the withdrawal and waiting for it to show on my account. This was 13/July/2023. It’s been more than a week not a word from him. I have texted him, called him, no answer. All I need is my money even if I just get what I put in €1200. Am not a rich person am only a student trying to make a living I can barely pay my bills with studying full-time and I thought this trading will make my financial situation better but it seems like they are just taking from me. If there is a way to help me get my money please I ask the management to help me.
TradeWL is a scam,after refusing their longterm trading, they are refusing to refund my money back to me, I will make noise everywhere until my money is refuded back to me. They are professional scammers so guys beware
I was robbed by this company of 119'000 EUR; I strongly recommend to skip this company; it's a bunch of scammers gathered to scam old people without defense
I was a client of Tradedwell since 22.03.2021 and I have lost over 21K Euro during just two months. I was not given explanations by my manager but ordered trades instead. I was promised safe and secure trading but in reality, never had any control over my account. Now when the money is gone, TradedWell denies the wrongdoing sending me off with a miserable offer. Very disappointing experience.
After my last rewiew of Tradedwell, the company promised to find a solution on my issue, but they never did. I was disregarded and offended by the lack of action from their side, as they had promised. Previously they have emphasized an offer ( about 15 % of my loss), I refused It was not satisfactory in any possible way, as it does not cover the suffering that I have endured while handling my trading account. I cannot agree with them that I am liable for my losses, as all my actions were done under direct instructions from their broker. I was harshly and oppressively misconducted all the time. I was also forced by their broker to lie about my trading experience and my income level, when he pushed me to upgrade my account, despite he was completely aware that I didn't meet the requirements needed. Sadly for me, the conversations between their brokers and myself, took place by phone.I have asked Tradedwell to get a report of those phonecalls but I never got it. If I had, it would provide me with, as per the GDPR compliance. I now suspect that it is an usual practice from Tradedwell, especially after I have read the testimonials from other victims.However, I still have a slight hope that Tradedwell will get back to me, in order to repair the mistakes of the past and recover the damage caused to me by their actions.
WARNING! As soon as i gave them my number i get 10 calls from different suspicious numbers (and in long time that was only place where i gave my number, today i register account and few hours later annoying calls started). Be aware when you register.
