The regulator notes that such contact details may be false or belong to other businesses .

No evidence of regulation by any authority—such as FCA, NFA, ASIC, CySEC, or others—is presented on the firm’s website or in public registers. Investigations by independent reviewers report the absence of any valid licences or registration, describing TradeCapital Axis as unregulated and raising concerns over safety of client funds  .
