PLEASE,PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GIVING TRADE AI ANY MONEY. At first everything seems rosy; you “invest “ money, they trade it for you and then ask for more, saying things like “I can make you a half millionaire by such and such a time. You keep checking your account and all looks good; profits made and account going upwards etc. BUT….when you attempt to withdraw your money eg you’ve made sufficient profit and decide to close the account, THAT’s WHEN THE “PROBLEMS/EXCUSES/VAGUE MESSAGES”etc for why there’s constant delay in payment actually being made. I do wonder whether those people who have voted positively have not yet asked for repayment of their funds. The same problem seems to arise each time in the cases below, when repayment is requested. I have been waiting almost 5 MONTHS for my money and have now reported the fraud (which it is) to the police. Suddenly all contact with trade ai has stopped plus, both my account and their website have disappeared. How do they sleep at night? What do they tell their children (if they have any) what their father does for a living. Plus, why aren’t the Cypriot Revenue and/or Police investigating them? God knows how successful I’ll be but that won’t put me off trying.
They will keep lying to you to get more from you , glad i listened to my aid in time.
Don't start here!!!! In the beginning you get a contact person and are called weekly but once there is some more money in the account you don't hear from them anymore, also they start trading with your money. Never start this, you will never see your money back!!!!!
Avoid this company at all cost.My experience is just like others involving fraudulent activity----False promises and endless excuses for why i couldn't withdraw.If not for Nattissa securities!!! who came at my worries in retrieving my initial deposit out.And at the end i got what's mine. They will keep pushing me to invest to get my money out.Don't believe anything they say. They sound convincing ,, So stay off..
Scam!!! I'm mika Kaminski I'm trying to get my money back from trade ai I sent an email to the account manager -- no answer. I sent an email to their customer services - they completely ignore you. Once they've have your money you'll never see it again. Thieves!!
Trust Pilot wont let me give a zero star rate otherwise i wood have. They are a SCAM Company they sound profesional once they take your money thats it you see your investment rise then when you try to get your money our they dont let you have it. I have tried on several occasions to contact them but they just egnor my emails and messages. I tried to log into my account today but it says my account does not exsist so i am another customer who has been scammed by them. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM> Just has a request from Trustpilot for my contact details as tradeai can contact me. I have done this at their request twice with no response so not hopefull of one this time. I am still waiting for more feedback from action fraud see who comes back first.
SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!! I stupidly ‘invested’ my life savings (£5000) & when I asked to withdraw they told me I had to pay commission before I received anything… no chance!! I’ve received nothing back. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t know how they sleep at night!! 🤬
This is an organized crime. I tried to withdraw part of the money I invested before honoring their request to invest more. All efforts were unsuccessful!
I have been trying to close my account and withdreaw my funds for a month without success. I had one phonecall asking why i wanted to close it and was told it would be done still waiting for my money. I have sent several emails and messages without reply. They look professional but act like a poorly run company. If its a scam its set up well. We will see if this gets a response as all other methods i have tried have failed. My first attempt was declined the second one is still showing as new. I have tried to log on to my account to see any progress they now say i dont have an account. These people should be prosecuted DONT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I have reported them to Action fraud
SCAM!!! They steal your money
For the past week, I have been trying to withdraw money with no success. I have contacted support several times with no response and the same goes for the fund manager's. This is deeply concerning and now looks like this is a scam. I have contacted the the FCA and every other financial regulator I can research. Of course, this may not help but we have to try. If they are legit, they simply do not care and if scammers, experts in the field. Stay away until we learn more.
Rating should be ZERO. This is organized crime with headquarter in Cyprus. As soon as money is transferred into their bank account ,there is no more contact .No responds to phone calls or emails.DO NOT get involved in this scam or loose your hard earned money.
Last mail I sent was at 4 mrt 2024 14:03 Please don't tell me wrong mail, no it was the right mail. "At 9 feb (see down) did this review, tradai answered, contact us. I did sent aan mail but no reactions from tradai. They say they dont know me, my name is Hussein Rasoul, and have aan account, want to stop it and get my money back, why you people making it so dificult??!!!"
They require a commission of 850 to get money made or money put in if account has not grown back. Simply leave the money whatever it is that's made as its not worth sending commission due to real risk of losing that too.
