Was phoned without an apointment. Confirmed an apointment time. Waited 30min, then 10min later missed a call. Not profressional in this sense. Regards

Joined copytrading. Everyone else in our group with leverage 500:1 made money but I lost even though I placed the same settings. Upon checking, I discovered it’s cos TN’s own backend settings was 200:1 and when this was raised, Ethan said it looks like 200:1 cos it’s on a different server but it’s actually 500:1 — but I was losing money due to TN’s default settings!! The refusal to take responsibility and pulling wool over customer’s eyes plus no compensation is unacceptable!!

opened an account, was ready to trade, had some contact with some of their staff saying how pleased they were I'd signed up etc etc.... The website was incredibly difficult to navigate, the charts are very basic, i found near impossible to actually open a position. money removed and gone elsewhere

Never in my life had I seen such rude support, not answering a straightforward question. I advised before creating an account I need a demo account as well, as I am looking for a demo account with 1000 USD and a 1:100 leverage before I move my funds over from Pepperstone. In my Pepperstone account I have just over 55000 USD, and I am not moving until I can test the broking. After 50 emails he could not even provide me a simple answer, like, 'What is the demo account leverage?' and 'Why can't I have a 1000 USD demo?' I then also lodged to ask how to create a demo and still have not even received the login information after making the demo account on the URL provided. It makes 0 sense why you are forcing a potential client to use a 1:500 leverage and an undisclosed amount on a demo when that's not the leverage required. Pepperstone I am able to choose the leverage and size on demo and the leverage on the live account. And a demo account, according to your support, states FDA authorities are the reason why you can't have different leverage after 50 emails. Why can you change your leverage on a live account but on a demo you can't, and not even to say still not having the demo account login details or information I would Never Recommend Trade Nation
