Been using Tradenation for 1 year approx and have been relatively happy with their service until November 2025. I have made 2 withdrawals and am being told its company policy that payment may take 5 days to reach my account. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH as we all know transferring money around the world takes seconds and not days so I feel this is intentional to hold on to customers money for as long as possible

Platform is pretty good to trade with. Their customer service is top tier and they care for the users. I was contacted soon after joining to be welcomed and they provided clarity on all the questions I had, answering them all with a great amount of patience. Would highly recommend.

If can I wish I could give '0' start not 1. 1.What happened was Trade Nation put 'restrict' on my trade account on Friday 14 Nov 2025 around 6"30pm, no warnings, no phone calls from Trade Nation to tell me what happened, wasn't any internet issues on my end. I had 3 open positions, two 'buy's & one 'sell' and I couldn't execute! 2.I immediately called Customer Service 1800959730 for almost two hours all I got was 'all of agents are busy, please try late' 3.During these no answered calls I made a few videos one was 38mins, tried to provide how market travel in case I need to make claim from them, actually the market went down by 16 pips; 4. I called Police reported and asked whether the business is still operating? I had a bad experience with Prospero Markets they went burst, I was hoping nothing would be like it, 5. After two hours or so I finally got someone answered the phone, she says there was no ringing tone! I had to ask them to execute all my positions manually from Trade Nation end. 6. on 15 Nov 2025, the same lady in Malaysia office says they were doing an internal investigation for this incident, they used difference email address so I couldn't response! 7. Here is the strange: DID SOMEONE MANUALLY SWITCH OFF THE PHONE? I spoke to the manager a few days before this incident she seems a bit emotional..., someone could call me what can happened would be a lot better at least at least I could prepare and leave. The way they treated this matter is not professional way and absolutely unacceptable. It was really bad experience with Trade Nation, nerves, stressful, disappointing...
I was hesitant initially to join Trade Nation but I soon discovered how much support I was getting. Live zoom rooms twice a day with live trading and tactics that gets explained to you in detail. And having a 1 on 1 trade master that is looking after you is absolutely ausome. Keep up the great work guys.

Well, Story told short. I am an old enginer biotechnology and trading a lot for fun and survival. 4 days ago all my positions vanished from my account. And still now there are gone. I have been in touch with "help" trade desk .. and they traded some positions i had after I asked them to close them. ..i took app 45 min ...nasdaq vent down 200 point in that timeframe..and the traded them, so a little bit annoyed, but it was traded. However..the biggest problem is that...I do not still after 4 days have accecs to my positions...they are stille investigating why i cannot see my positions...the fact is that, Im right now can not trade on both iphone and pc. I can not close or see positions i have. A little bit frustrated. Let me say it has cost me "some" money. Follow UP. Trade Nation has fixed the issue of my missing positions today or maybe late yesterday. Thanks!

Pleased that I can use my Tradingview account to place trades from charts. The spreads offered are cheaper than other brokers and plus customer service helpful.
