Most reviewers are happy, it says. Well, the majority of 200+ reviews are totally unhappy (1 star). I will add my 2cents. Total rip off. I opened an account with the minimum from their (dubious at best) ads throughout the net. Received a call the following day, that I‘d need to ante my investment to 2,5k for the AI-managed services, free for 1 week. Did that, and whow, a 30% increase! I thought, ok, great! The following day I received a call from my „account manager“ Despina C (she never gave her full name) she was pressuring me to change to the Gold managed Account Services, starting from a minimum of 10k. Nope I said, I want more proof and invested another 2,5k. She kept digging for info.. „how much are you worth? Do you have other trading accounts and how much do you invest there?“. Forget it, I am not divulging this kind of sensitive information. So.. they invested (no way there is an AI tool behind it) in Crude Oil (buy or put) and that at a time where the Iran/Israel war broke out. Should have shortened on Oil. I spoke again to the lady, she kept telling me, that I was misinterpreting the P&L in the portal, which pissed me off, excuse my French. And now guess what.. it took a mere 2 weeks to burn 6k, I am left with enough money to have a nice dinner, that’s it. I tried to cancel my account online to no avail. Now I have sent an email, we‘ll see what happens, Oh, the fun part.. Trade Markets is registered in Cyprus, check the net.. Cyprus is a safe haven for online gambling and online trading companies. They are protected by Cyprus law. So try to sue them, good luck with that. All in all, I urge you not to fall victim to their unbelievable dark age marketing strategy, unless you have money to burn. Don‘t let them smooth talk you into opening an account with Trade Markets. In my eyes, total.scam.
They hounded me every day ringing up and asking me to investbmore money, even borrow, when I tried to make a withdrawal 3 months ago, it goes into pending and they suddenly stopped ringing me, even though I,ve made repeated requests for them to release my money they haven,t, even asked for them to close my account, has,t happened, they are scammers

Trade Markets promotes competitive spreads, but its floatings spreads with markups can be quite annoying. Depending on your market conditions, the spreads fluctuate, so it's difficult to pin down how much you'll pay at any one given time. It would be better with more transparency.
Dear Sir, you phoned me yesterday, and agreed with me that your so said expert tradesman had made a mistake by telling me to put a USDTRY trade on which unfortuanately lost me a considerable amount of money, you then said you was going to reimburse me money, and give me a bonus! Unfortunately I am yet to see either of these that you promised me, and I do not call waiting more than 7 days after a complaint has been registered as good service by your company......do you?
It seems like Trade Markets holds personal data up to 7 years, that looks too long. I know it's for legal compliance purposes but I think it's too much for users who have moved on from using the platform. It would be good for clearer explanations on necessity.
The account options and portfolio management at Trade Markets are solid, and good for hands off investors. Larger accounts will appreciate the Concierge Trading service, but the benefits of each tier aren't spelled out.
Trade Markets does not offer any bonuses to It's users, and this is really disappointing for a broker of this quality. I expected more when I signed up for this platform, but alas, I have to make do with what I have access to.
Trade Markets is a pretty nice platform, though it would be better if the administration fees were improved. The chargeback fee of $150 is really high, and the monthly inactivity fee of $10 really adds up quickly if you are not trading actively. A reduction or restructuring of these charges would make this platform more appealing.
Trade Markets offers a wide range of CFDs, but the markups and commissions vary a lot by account type, making it pricey for some traders. The Trader Account fees. especially on exotic Forex CFDs and indices, are on the high side compared to other brokers. Crypto CFDs have no markup, which is nice, but fees on more common assets add up. A better fee structure would improve the overall experience
I've traded with TM for a couple of month's now, and it is pretty good, all in all. It's got a very user-friendly trading platform with a decent array of analysis tools for the market. Customer support is responsive; I just wish they were available for a longer time. The educational resources are helpful for both the beginner and the experienced trader.
The platform does a decent job of showing BID/ASK prices when opening or closing a position, but there's room for improvement. I've noticed that during high volatility, the price often changes by the time the transaction is confirmed, and I'm frequently offered a 'requote' with a new price. While it's nice to have the option to accept or cancel, it can disrupt trading flow, especially during critical market moments. This would go so much easier if it were a bit faster
