Minetrainvesto (associated with domains including www.minetrainvesto.com) is a suspected boiler‑room operation offering unsolicited investment services without an AFM licence or European Passport, and advising consumers against responding to its offers. The address corresponds to the same New York location noted by the FCA 

The broker presents no verifiable licences or regulatory approvals in the United States—there is no registration found with the National Futures Association or Commodity Futures Trading Commission—indicating that it advertises U.S. presence without regulatory legitimacy
