Waiting for account approval for a long time Deposit and withdrawal also take a long time, waiting for support for a long time
I cannot withdraw, eventhough i contacted to the CS but no one answer my request. It's scammer!!
have made several attempts to withdraw money from Global Tigerwit and they still wont let. i cant imagine myself if Cyphtech never came in for me. even right now, i don't think global Tigerwit is safe to use. so i really cannot recommend them.

There are a few things any experienced trader would look for in a broker ie. ( ease of access to your funds, ease of funding and withdrawals, decent spread and last but not the least great customer care service). I can tell without stuttering that TigerWit has got it all covered. This is how they held me down for the past 5months or so. I have no reason to regret my decision trading with them. They’ve got so much more but with these mentioned above I’m forever a happy client and I’ve so far invited a lot of traders to jump on the moving train.
I made a deposit to test the platform, support and reliability and it worked fine. And then i asked for withdraw on the same way i did the deposit and the platform said 2 working days. I talked with the support on the chat and they are saying 3 to 5 working days. I don't feel safe when i see divergent informations like this. UPDATE- This issue was solved when the manager contacted me and explained the time for withdraw. I am using TigerWit without a problem so far.
1- Horrible desktop experience. Lack of a decent web browser based app. Feels like Tigerwit wants us to have limited information while trading and wants us to pursue it akin to gambling. My suggestion - Improve your mobile interface and also make a web based trading platform. 2- Limited Price Data. e.g. No information on Crude Oil Prices prior to 2014. 3- No Volume Data available. Limited indicator options. It is crazy that you want traders to trade without any information on volume. Absolute Madness. 3- Limited ways to transfer capital to trading account. Credit/Debit Card Option not always functional. Shady outfits like Neteller and Fasapay supported which are not always available for Support. 4- Unclear withdrawal options. 5- No news, trends or analysis information available. A lot of improvement is required.
