About The Investment Center
The entity known as “The Investment Center,” operating through domains including investmentcenter.com, investmentcenter.co.uk and investmentcenter.online, is not authorised to provide financial services in the United Kingdom. The UK's Financial Conduct Authority has issued a warning identifying it as an unauthorised firm and stating that clients are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or Financial Ombudsman Service. The warning was first published on 28 May 2021 and updated on 28 July 2021.
The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued an investor warning on 10 May 2022, stating that The Investment Center is not registered in Ontario to trade securities, and its use of domains including investmentcenter.online is unauthorised.
Similarly, the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) released an investor alert on 23 November 2022, warning that neither The Investment Center nor Investment Center Holdings Int’l is registered to trade in Saskatchewan, and that these entities are impersonating a legitimate registered firm to mislead investors.
