The Financial Centre customer reviews

Summary
Most reviewers report that The Financial Centre operates as a scam broker. Many users say they lost their deposits after being persuaded to invest more money through aggressive sales tactics and promises of large profits. Communication typically stops once clients attempt withdrawals, with funds often held under false pretexts such as “AML rules” or “bonus account” restrictions. Several reviewers mention being harassed by repeated calls, fake documentation, and even threats when investigating the company’s legitimacy. The broker is not listed on the UK Financial Conduct Authority register, providing no official protection to investors. A few reviews mention a positive experience with the trading platform’s design or the willingness of support staff to teach market basics, but these are rare exceptions. Overall, the overwhelming sentiment describes The Financial Centre as a fraudulent operation that traps users’ money and evades responsibility.

I was in losses for months with this broker, as soon as I went into profit they sent me an email that my profits are illegal and will be voided. I made an attempt to withdraw but, it was restricted for weeks. The licenses they claim to have is fake so I had to report this scam to the legal arbitrators on my Dp.

I am victim of fraud by financial centre . They are calling me every day to invest more . their main person is name DANIEL KLEIN. I want to warn pubic to be very very careful . I am sure one day they will get caught , because RCMP is behind them . I have been called by their senior account manager, chief analyst and customer relation from different phone nos. which are computer generated nos. I have a long story of fraud by them . Again be careful .

I thought I was investing but suspected it was too good to be true, a bad look for financialcentre. Days gone no success with withdrawal, they weren't inclined to release it. THIS IS A SCAM

In short the Financial Centre has taken my funds and will not approved withdrawals of my funds on account of some bogus AML rules that I have apparently break - although they cannot tell me which rules?? I have trusted them with a significant amount of money for which they supposedly returned amazing "profits". I upgraded to a VIP in October last year to access better returns and better withdrawals of funds in return. A trickle of funds did come back, but then the flow of funds and all communications stopped.

Much like the other reviewers, this has been quite a tragic experience. I signed up for the VIP account, and for the first 2 months, all seemed well. Even the allowance of a small profit withdrawal. This quickly changed about 3 months in, suffering a margin call that needed another deposit to float the account. I had followed the account manager's guidance on which positions to take, which now placed the entire account at risk. Fast Forward three years, and I've regularly suffered, being converted to a "bonus account" structure, presumably taking years to get out of. I've suffered months at a time, never receiving correspondence or responses from my account rep - in some cases, I have no idea who that person is. All efforts to email support doesn't provide any response either. I've tracked almost 1.5 years of trades on a spreadsheet to be sure of my P&L position. I have examples of when I was told to take a buy, and the very same analyst called a friend minutes later to take a sell. When I tend to do well, then my account goes through massive changes (swap changes, spread changes, etc.) and, recently, a flat-out removal of the entire North American stock market. I've stopped trading crypto as its far too volatile and now can't trade stocks. I even went through a chargeback process and received an email from Financial Centre Support that my account had some discrepancies and they apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged to return my initial funds. (I have proof of this email, I could post). This hasn't been completed yet. I reached out to Financial Centre to request resolving the matter with them and avoiding a third party, and no response. I now can't trade the markets I would like. Spreads on BTC of massive, swaps will cost be >$1,500/24 hrs and no one will respond or support me. All I want to do is resolve the matter with Financial Centre.

I wanted to withdraw my remaining funds, low and behold no more contact from the broker customer service no reply even after multiple attempts. Now getting charged 500$ commission fees every month even if there has been activity. Money now held hostage by them

<--- MAKE SURE TO CHECK DISPLAY PICTURE ON I second this as a scam. They will contact you via WhattsApp, they will even join you into a chat group of other users which is all part of the scam. Basically they will build trust to try to get you to deposit money with the promise of big returns but then they will hit you with a very large "advance" amount, could be $50-60K or more, that you will likely not be able to pay and they say that you cannot get your previously invested money until you make the advance, but the catch is that there is no limit to the value which the advance can be so it could be $100K or more. Anyway, its a pretty elaborate and well resourced scam, presumably because they are making lots of money and can afford to invest lots of people hours, so it comes across as promising and I can see how people could easily lose big.

Beware of brokers that you cant see their faces or call back. I had the worst experience with this company. I was scammed. My so called broker vanished like thin air without notice after he stole my money. I contacted regulatory bodies in UK and Canada to inquire about this company. I was told to stay away. If you are really a registered and legit company provide me with the liscence number of your brokers. They sent me a threatening email to discourage me from looking more into it. What kind of broker would encourage a client to take out loan? Professional thieves. I have been emailing him non stop to return what he took unjustly from me no response.

I really enjoy using The Financial Centre's trading platform. It's intuitive and has all the necessary features I need to make informed trading decisions. The only suggestion I have is to add some more eye-catching colours to attract more traders and investors.

I do not know much about forex and crypto. I tried to learn, but unfortunately, I did not have much time to put in such efforts, but I must say that their support team and account management tried really hard to make me learn and understand the market term. Appreciated!!

The Financial Centre says it operates in the UK, but it is not on the Financial Services Register (register.fca.org.uk). If a UK financial firm is not registered with the FCA you do not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or have protection by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), so you do not have government protection if things go wrong. There is currently a billion dollar industry in scam financial companies. You can see the video expose by Mariana Van Zeller on financial scams which explains exactly how they work. I lost a lot of money to their smooth talking salesmen. That’s when their tactic changes and they are rude and blaming, then they disappear altogether. Their only aim is to get your money. That’s why it’s so easy to deposit but impossible to withdraw anything but the most trivial amounts. Stay away if you want to avoid serious heartache and negative disruption to your life.
