Your withdrawal takes forever to show and it’s annoying cus you are very swift in deposit but slow when people place withdrawal especially if he/she needs money urgently . And your customer service are not reliable

I am experiencing the impossibility of withdrawing my funds from TenTrade. I have sent repeated formal requests via email to support@.... and compliance@..... to receive clarifications and documentation regarding the suspicious activities on my account, but I have not yet received comprehensive answers. I was asked to fill out and send a consent form with my identity, which I did, but the issue persists. I would like to point out that I have not received detailed reasons for the withdrawal block, and I fear that the APIs for making withdrawals via app are no longer operational. I continue to request transparency and the release of my funds, reserving the right to involve the relevant authorities if the issue is not resolved as soon as possible.

A few days ago, I wrote a comment on Trustpilot about my experience with the company. The Egypt office contacted me to delete the comments and promised to resolve the issues. After I deleted them, no one contacted me again. I sent multiple tickets, but still no response. I even sent three emails to the person who contacted me, but they still haven't replied. My problems with the broker are related to the slashing, the large spreads, and the trick they use with the spreads that only I notice at the Egypt office, according to them. I know the management will see this comment. Please know that I'm not insulting the company, but rather complaining about the poor treatment and the failure to resolve acknowledged problems. The response was always, "Don't work with us, or we'll close your account." They promised to resolve the issues, but this promise was never fulfilled. When the company contacts me again, they only have my account manager, Hajar Khaled, communicate with me. She's the best person at the Egypt office; she's kind, easy to deal with, helps resolve problems, listens attentively, and informs me about the solutions. I request compensation for the damages caused by these problems. Thank you very much. ❤️

Used to trade with Tentrade last year but this year got distracted by cheap firms that denied my payouts. Getting back to Tentrade and in less than 2 weeks I have a withdrawal and bonus account also funded. This is the best firm I'm even emotionally. In response to TenTrade's evasive response, what hurts me most is not just having lost money, but the way TenTrade is handling this situation. You keep talking about "third parties" and "clarifications already provided," when in reality you've never truly answered my questions. Not once. And this is profoundly unfair. I invested that money with trust. They weren't numbers on a screen: they were sacrifices, work, real savings. I made profits, yet you didn't return either my capital or my profits. You didn't provide an explanation, you showed no humanity, you showed no respect for a customer who believed in you. It's sad to see how a company can so easily turn its back on those who trusted you. Referring everything to a "third party" doesn't erase the reality: my funds were with you, and it is with you that they disappeared. I'm writing this review not just for myself, but for anyone thinking of entrusting their savings to you: I truly hope no one has to experience the same sense of helplessness and disappointment I'm feeling.
