It's my first time trading and withdrawing with tentrade after a long time of signing up with them, I didn't believe my withdrawal would come so fast, it's great.
Title: $48,700 Seized for a Fake Reason – Tentrade Must Answer in Court My name is ChairmanoFx, and this is my personal experience with Tentrade. Tentrade has locked my account and seized $48,700 of my money, claiming that I “hedged with someone called Mohammed.” I do not know anyone by that name, I never agreed to any such arrangement, and they have provided no proof of this claim. They also closed: • My IB account • My 500k trading account that I paid $11,000 for All of this was done without clear evidence, without fair investigation, and without giving me a proper chance to defend myself. I have repeatedly asked: • Who is this “Mohammed”? • How do they claim I know him? • What proof do they have? So far, I have received nothing convincing—just accusations and silence. This feels like a convenient excuse to confiscate a trader’s money. You cannot just take nearly $50,000 from someone and hide behind vague claims with no evidence. Let me be clear: I am preparing legal action. Tentrade will have to prove in court: • Who this “Mohammed” is • How they claim I am connected to him • Why my accounts were locked and my money taken This time they messed with the wrong person. If you are considering Tentrade, think very carefully. My experience has been devastating, financially and emotionally. A platform that can erase your account and seize your funds based on unproven accusations is not a platform you can trust.
Their policy to withdraw our own profit is worst in the industry. Not recommended to trade with Ten trade.

I requested for a share out but I was denied on false accusations of latency arbitrage trading yet they didn't show me where this occured in my trading history.so disappointing

Ten trade Company is second to none and simply out of this world. Their customer care service is topnotch and the payment is like the speed of light. I would always go for ten trade packages any day, anytime, anywhere even if i were to start trading again . The best broker ever in Africa.
How swift my withdrawal went
I made a deposit in naira, intending to withdraw with dollar and it was impossible. But I can deposit in Naira, trade and withdraw in dollar! You guys are doing well!!
I don't have much to say about tentrade. If you want your peace of mind in trading with props please go for tentrade, they are the best. Their payout, customer Care service etc are 💯%. You will be given an account manager which you can reach out to in Whatsapp, no hidden rules in their prop. You can fund your account, trade and accumulate rewards cause they're a brokerage company and also offer prop trading accounts, I love them.

I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding a message I recently received. A person named Basel contacted me by email and threatened that their lawyer would file a lawsuit against me. His tone and wording were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Is this the way your team communicates with clients? Is this the method you follow to resolve issues? My IB account was closed, and my request to withdraw my commission of 375 USD was rejected. I was informed that the clients registered under my IB were “misusing trading,” yet no evidence or clear explanation has been provided so far. If this claim is true, then I request that their trading records be published so that everyone can view the facts and judge objectively. All I want is my earned commission. After receiving it, I will no longer deal with your company. I kindly request that my commission payment be processed as soon as possible. I am writing to address a serious issue regarding my IB account and unpaid commissions. I have an outstanding commission of $375 which I was denied the right to withdraw. In addition, my account was closed without prior notice or consultation. The reason provided was that one of the clients under my IB referred supposedly misused trading. However, the client's account was not closed — only my account was affected. This situation appears unfair and unclear. Furthermore, the commissions in question are generated from trading activity, not from any funded accounts, which makes the decision to withhold payment unjustified. I have also heard multiple similar complaints, including from someone named "Basel", regarding unprofessional behavior and inappropriate communication with clients. Unfortunately, this has raised serious concerns about the reputation and management of your operations in Egypt. At this point, I simply want what I am owed. I request immediate action to release the unpaid amount of $375
The best for now
Everything about Tentrade gives me peace of mind because I've been using the broker since 2021 and every single transaction has been smooth, no hassle, no stories, no hidden charges, it's called a "Freedom broker" they have traders at heart. The management is doing a very great job always introducing new ideas to keep the broker relevant and at the top which is very good for me. Every thing is good but there's a problem the minimum withdrawal in the broker in the whole world 10 $ Not 50$ like u u need to change that Also the withdrawal in some broker's it's instant the process from the request to receive the money take 25 min Not 3 hours as u also u need to change that
