Avoid this broker is a big scam!!!! They are rippers. Thankfully “ 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚 𝐢𝐦” was able to retrieve my £47,000 without any problems and delay

I’ve been working with the Broker for 5+ years. We often use TeleTrade as a source of analytics because they offer a solid analytical feed. I also recommend TeleTrade to my traders as a starting point. First, because I believe their conditions are great for understanding financial markets. And second, I’ve built direct contacts with the team behind the brokerage, which makes collaboration smoother. Over the years, I’ve had my share of disputes — both related to my personal trading and with members of our community. But every situation was resolved successfully, which is why I continue working with them to this day.

Edit: 2 months and still no money received. I see over the internet that withdrawal problems are counting, they seriously went rogue and want to steal clients money. First they claimed that there must be an error somewhere (as per their reply to this review), now they claim that a 3rd party partner is holding the money or what. Total bullshit. Guys, if you have money with them, contact police authority. They will not send your funds without a legal preasure. I would like to warn the entire trading community about this broker – they’ve stopped paying out withdrawals. I've been trading with them for years and they always processed my withdrawals within the specified timeframe. But recently, they started adding delays, so I was mostly waiting several weeks. Now, my last withdrawal of $3,600 has been pending for almost 3 months. Their copy-pasted, robotic replies to my tickets are always the same: "withdrawal is still under review" or "your withdrawal is still being considered." Obviously, they’re just trying to delay it further, so I lost my patience and let them confiscate my whole balance. I welcome anyone from Teletrade here to explain why they’re unable to honor withdrawal requests.

I recently made a small deposit to my TeleTrade account using a verified Neteller account. However, my deposit was rejected on the grounds that the Neteller email did not match the one on my TeleTrade account. After reviewing TeleTrade's own published AML policy, I found no mention or requirement that deposits must be made from a payment account using the same email address as the trading account. AML compliance focuses on identifying users, verifying documents, monitoring suspicious activity — not email matching across systems. Even worse, TeleTrade accepted and deducted the amount from my Neteller account instead of rejecting the transaction at the gateway level. Since they did not return the full amount, I am now out $1 for no valid reason. This is unacceptable. Their handling of the case shows a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and inconsistent application of their own policies. If TeleTrade wants to enforce a policy requiring matching emails for deposits, they should clearly state this in advance, preferably at the deposit screen, not invent rules after accepting funds. I can gladly report that I received my withdrawal from Teletrade. Waiting time was 7 working days almost (almost 10 days), which is longer than any of the other brokers I have... but I like to spread the risks over different brokers, and good thing is that they offer a lot of instruments (including crypto/stocks) that other brokers with cent accounts normally don't offer! So I will continue using them!

I started trading a while ago. When I was looking for a broker, I found TeleTrade and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. They have excellent training and a strong analytical department. I constantly visit the website, read news and articles. This helps me to familiarize myself with the marketing and feel confident.

I have never been interested in finance or, to put it correct, to work in this area. I loved money though! and my love grew along with the growing needs of mine. Then I realized that I needed to change something. I wanted my own business, but there were circumstances that got in the way. I decided to try forex. I knew there were brokers with small minimum deposits and I had a chance to try it. It so happened that I started to study forex on the website of the broker TeleTrade. Everything is very well done there and I decided to open a demo account there. I liked everything. I was very excited! When I started trading real money .... honestly .... I was terribly afraid :( I thought that I could not cope with emotions and could lose everything. But everything was fine. TeleTrade offers many trading assets and on a demo account I chose several currency pairs that I felt well .. and of course I learned how to use indicators. I want to tell all traders that technical analysis is cool!

At first I was afraid of forex. Forex came up. And everything turned out to be not scary. In Teletrade, it is exactly so. On the contrary, it was fun to study. Even in practice, although the first days did not work out very well. It's good that the teacher was sensitive and attentive. With everyone he analyzed all the situations, showed mistakes, explained how to fix them and prevent them in the future. So at the end of the course, I was ready to face forex trading.
