wonder why people can give positive reviews on this company still no money back from them no answers on mails, so in my view they are totally Fraud. I can change my mind if they give back my savings as they promised many months ago

This is a criminal enterprise, not a trading platform. They allow you to open an account, they accept deposits, they provide trading capabilities and reporting, but you cannot make withdrawals from any account. Ever. They do not respond to inquiries, they do not answer email, they do not pick up the phone. I have lost my entire life savings (minus a very small percentage) by making 2 large deposits into a Tapfin account, on the advice of a "Senior Financial Advisor" that contacted me, after I responded to an ad on Facebook and opened an account at Tapfin. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, and I have every reason to believe that my marriage will fail as a result. Good luck "trading" on Tapfin. You have been warned. P.S. I will be pursuing legal action against this 'company', including notification to law enforcement agencies, mass media (especially in the finance sector), retaining lawyers and private investigators. This matter is not over.
Please i advise that nobody put money in this firm, they come up with flimsy excuses when you ask for withdrawal . am putting it out there now; if anybody knows how to get a refund from tapfin please let me know, do reply here first
I invested over 1200 euro and cant get any money back withdraw isnt posible and they dont give any reaction any more for the deposit was there no problem but when i asked a withdraw they started to ghost me and i cant reach them at all its a complete scam and your money is gone
Their bait is the site quantum-ai. A bogus facebook news feed gave the tip. They self promote with a bunch of fake sites and reviews as well. After signing onto that site, people from all over Canada will start calling. They then have you sign up for a bunch of legitamate canadian crypto services and teamviewer. Finally they request a $250 USD deposit to tapfin. Note that the withdrawal page on this site offers no complete way to make a withdrawal. Either interac or my bank blocked the deposit transaction, but the site still reported a deposit. Next, "Gabriel Kilon" requests deposit crypto into an "arbitrage wallet" for an account that you've never created.
Was looking in to this and registrerd, but after a good tought not anymore and now this company is stalking me everyday! They call more than 5 times everyday…. just leave me alone please, I don’t want to invest!
