I opened an account last year and hadn't used it. Tried to log in today with no joy and when talking to the chat they kept telling me "do you understand" you haven't paid us. I sent my bank statement for 216 bucks, screenshots of my confiormation emails with account details and all that useless prick on the chat said was, do you understand, you havent paid us. Then wanted me to pay them in crypto to reopen the account. What a joke of a company! AVOID!!
I TOTALLY regret paying $20,000 for something that is SO MUCH more work than they led me on to believe. It takes SO MUCH MORE $ than they make you think it does. This was a TOTAL waste of my hard earned $20,000! So totally disappointed I cannot even tell you in words. Worst $20,000 spend in my life! Additionally, it really takes a solid 20 to 30hours per week for months to become efficient as a trader. This is NOT a side hustle as they portray it to be. They also told me there are weekly picks that I can just picky back on and make money. This is not true. They do offer trade picks, but they are minimal and few and far between. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Biggest regret for me and my hard earned money.

Scamming Pieces of S**t Got a funded account. They shut down everything. Never heard back from their support ever again.
There's no way I feel for this always considered myself smart now I just feel really dumb for being a victim and I just pray no one else makes the same mistake like I did luckily for me it wasn't so bad get was possible though got recommended Urfa. Io by my local police really solved my issues big time
Scammers manipulating the hearts of good meaning Christians to get their money. Not only that, but when I asked for a refund as stated on the paper that we signed, it said that you are entitled to a refund they do not refund me and nor have you emailed me back.

Avoid using this firm because they keep changing their rules frequently, and they only want you to keep bringing in money, which will disappoint you in the end. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

Terrible service. Don't waste your time or money. Just buys junky short dated options, averages down when they go down and then gets out close to breakeven and claims in alerts higher percent gains than are legitimate. There is no way to chat with Nate Bear directly and he ignores non praising comments in the chat room.
Prior to this year, this company was good to deal with. Something went wrong this year and we were dealt with lies after lies. They denied their involvement in pyramid scheme but apparently that was a lie too. Old saying is "if it walks like a duck, it is a duck!" Never trust any business that will delete your comments unless it was positive.
They Scam me , first in their advertising they tell they fund you with real money , after the MFF fallout , they starting telling the truth about not using real money just demo account , later they stop doing payouts and change metatrader 4 for matchtrader, a crappy platform and never returned to pay again, they never reply to my email about getting a refund for they dont . they totally shutdown their discord server and just put a anouncement they are just closing

Hello, I would like to say that my experience with the company was more than positive since I registered and am sad to see that it has to cancel its operations, it would have been a great opportunity for me and so many other people if the operations would continue. I would like to ask for a refund, as the money that I paid for the audition was not little and it would be of great help to get it back, since I will not be given a chance to finish the audition. I had an account, as well as my wife. Two 1 million dollar auditions. One was passed, and had over 35,000 profit. The other was close to passing. I expect a full refund of the accounts, as well as the profit I had.

I'm just now finding out that they have been closed permanently. There was no email sent out to let the customers know about decision. There is no doubt in my mind that we've been scammed. Don't expect a refund. Apparently, they have been closed for a few weeks now and I found out this morning while checking on a few opened trades. Their number still works but Noone to answer the phone. They probably still out scamming people.
Another prop bites the dust. The company was forced to migrated to a new platform due to US weaponization of SEC,FBI,CIA etc. MetaTrader was even forced to disallow US props to use their platform; and more to the story etc. SurgeTrader migrated to Match Trade and indicated things would take some time to sort out. But after long term failure for the company to communicate with anyone we started to get the jist. Then we saw the blog post about Match Trade agreement violations with Surge etc. Unfortunately we now know it's all over. They continued to offer discounts during the migration for new customers/challenges knowing the whole time they were in violation of MatchTrade agreement since April 5th which was only 5 days after the migration was said to be completed. OUCH ! Another prop bites the dust. So SAD. Although US interferrence it likely to blame for a lot of this, there is no excuse for the lack of transparency and communication from the company etc. The situation was poorly handled. While they continued to to promote and accept newcustomers, they knew they could NEVER service these new customers at the time they were promoting and accepting the new challenge customers. At this point I realized they were SCAMMING people and realized I was scammed. NO benefit whatsover and NO real opportunity to trade or make money at all. In the end they took our money, gave us demo accounts to trade and then went out of business. That is the short answer.
