Took them over 4 months to finally respond properly and return all money after I reported them and handed over my issue with them

my account was blocked when I tried to withdrwan my cryptocurrency out of sungerFX. I got no respons on live chat or any of email I sent to them. how I can get back my money ? or I should giving up hope.
