Summary
Multiple reviewers report severe withdrawal problems with this broker, describing months of unsuccessful attempts to access their money despite providing proof and contacting support repeatedly. Communication from the broker appears nonexistent, with many calling it a scam and warning others to avoid it. Several users mention recovering their funds only with external help from third-party services such as Summitchargeback, Clusterbind, KLIUQ, and Avex-bridges, which are credited with facilitating refunds and offering professional assistance. Overall, the broker is widely regarded as untrustworthy and unresponsive, causing significant frustration and financial loss for clients.

Warning! I fell for their promises, but withdrawal was impossible until "Clusterbind" intervened.

I’ve been trying to withdraw both my deposit and profit from this broker for over 3 months now and still haven’t succeeded. They keep telling me that I haven’t made any withdrawal requests, even though I’ve sent them countless emails and screenshots clearly showing that, on their website, my withdrawal request is marked as “in review.” Despite all the proof I provided, nothing has been done. I’ve been waiting since April, and to this day, I haven’t received anything. No one responds to emails either. This has been an absolute nightmare — stay as far away from this broker as possible. It's a total horror story. (P.S. The email used to register with this broker is on other email— it belongs to my wife.)

They are not who they say they are, can’t pull out anything for months but thank goodness the name mentioned in the above image intervened
