Reliable platform for everyday trading. It's quite basic, which is perfect for someone like me who prefers a straightforward approach without too many complications.
The platform is very user-friendly, which I love. However, I feel it lacks some of the more sophisticated trading tools I've seen on other platforms like eToro.Looking forward to a good experience.
Good trading platform with a wide array of assets to choose from. However, the withdrawal process can be a bit tedious, which needs addressing
I've been using Stoxinvest since the beginning of the year without any issues with their customer service. I'm not sure why others are facing problems. When it comes to trading, I suggest using the StoxInvest exchange instead of the app. It's a different platform with lower fees and offers a better trading experience for cryptocurrencies.
I encountered some issues with customer service and withdrawals. Responses were slow, taking more than three days, and despite explaining my problem over email for two weeks, I couldn't get assistance with withdrawing my profits. However, after reaching out via WhatsApp, I was directed to email support again.Despite these challenges, the problem was eventually resolved, and the customer care was satisfactory, albeit delayed. The broker offers tight spreads and access to real-time charts via TradingView, which is a significant advantage. Ultimately, I recommend the broker once the initial issues are ironed out, but I hope for improved responsiveness to emails in the future.
Despite the negative reviews that initially deterred me, I decided to open an account anyway, and I'm glad I did. It's been a remarkably positive experience. In just two months, I've made over 8 withdrawals from successful trades, and each withdrawal has been processed and back in my bank account in less than two hours. The negative balance protection feature functions effectively, and deposits are processed within seconds. Additionally, the trading bonus has proven useful in strengthening my equity to margin ratio.
Overall, things are looking promising. I've managed to earn some profit, which is the main goal. Currently, I'm also trading on two other platforms simultaneously. While I can't say for certain if StoxInvest is superior to them, it seems to be on a similar level, more or less.Trading from mobile has a smooth user experience and is quite fast. Initially, I encountered some difficulties logging in and setting up my account, but those issues have been resolved now.
RUN AWAY!! Absolutely worst company out there! They have no idea how to invest, I lost $20K! They pressure you and talk about making big money, they are a bunch of stupid people. They will pressure you to do more and more and bait you with credits and nonsense. Do not fall for their BS. They won’t do zoom calls because they refuse to show who they are, as if they are hiding something! Highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Thank you! I really appreciated the trading experience with stoxinvest. I hope to someday use some of the excellent features of the web terminal, such as adjusting SL and TP directly on the chart via drag and drop.
Scam give your info out and keep getting scam calls asking for Bank info so they can deposit money made on investment site. BS don't fall for it. I didn't told them to f off
Total scam. Promising high returns and when you try to cash out they take more money as fees to convert crypto then keep robbing with crazy stories about saving taxes. Basically stealing double what you invested. Always rushed and pressure. Call police. Call bank, post reviews
Do not believe the positive reviews. This is a scam site. They start with $250 and put the pressure on to increase. once you do and try to withdraw, it's over. They have paid reviews all over the place, and more pop up daily. Their phone system tag your number and ring out of service once they are done with you. The will not respond to phone chat or email and you remotely is locked.
Total scam - got me to invest and took my money and refused to return it,. Invested 6K into the platform and all went well, until I tried to withdraw and then they stopped responding. 100+ phone calls and I got ahold of someone who assured me the withdrawal would happen the next day. Next day, and no withdrawal
