They will not stop calling. I dont want to deal with them. I've asked them 3 times not to call me. I've now blocked 4 different numbers.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with what turned out to be a scam operation based out of Turkey and Cyprus, something a security firm later confirmed. They make everything look legitimate by using Meta 5, but what they don’t tell you is that they control your entire account. They let you build up your balance, then pressure you into opening unrealistic positions while promising complete safety. The moment you trust them, they disable your account, flip your performance settings to negative returns, and you’re forced to watch your balance drain away. When you question it, they hide behind excuses like compliance checks. They never allow withdrawals, and once they have your money, it’s gone. If I could give them a negative score, I would. I personally dealt with three people who claimed to be my account managers at different times: John Wilson, Benjamin Keys and Kevin Lambert. They acted like professionals, promised impressive returns and attractive bonuses, and made everything sound convincing. I invested 41,150AUD, then another 6,500AUD in what they called fees. After that, they disappeared completely. No replies, no explanations, nothing. By December, I pushed to open a case with Folcocapitals, and that’s when things finally started to make sense. Their team investigated everything and laid out the full picture, showing exactly how the scammers operated and tracing every step of how my money was moved, converted into crypto, and funneled into a private wallet. With their guidance, we kept pushing until every dollar till fully recovered. I hope others also get their funds out.

I got scammed by these broken English scammers from Turkish Cyprus 50k. They keep ringing me. Always in the evenings between 6pm and 8pm. They ring me every other day using a different land line number. Here are the latest numbers they've called from. I'll keep adding the phone numbers here everytime they ring. (02) 7238 2088, (02) 7238 2011. These phone numbers were used by the same Pakistani guy with 10 seconds of each call after I hung up. As soon as I hear a non native speaking English speaker on the other side of the call I hang up after they tell me they are from Starlight Capital.
They are scammers, avoid them at all cost. You won't get paid. I have already lost a lot to them already, I will recommend Good merit, they are reliable and I have been paid without delays.
Total SCAMMERS took most of my money with promises yes you can take the money it will be in your bank in the next two days never arrived and then no contact with trading manager, would not answer phone calls then after contacting customer service quite a few times someone else takes the case and says the account was lost in trading but can save if you put more moey into your account again same thing happens even offered to help get a loan to fun the account and sudjested take out a mortgage so bad practice BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM TOTAL THIEVES
could not change my password starlight would not send email to allow me to change the password.also scammed me out of approx $2000

Absolute scammers. Went from having over $40k in my account, investing in different portfolios and then suddenly overnight all the investments went bad. If I had my money invested only in 1 investment I could understand. I would give 0 stars if possible. Once money was gone they kept ringing and saying to put more money in. Do not use this company.

What better way to gain experience in this field than from professionally trained account managers at the starlight capital firm. I've been trading for almost a year now but only when I joined starlight capital did I receive such service. Thanks to my account manager Jacob Hill for sharing his market tips and tricks with me, showing me the right time to withdraw my assets and being the best trading partner anyone can ask for.
We were scammed for several thousand dollars by this company. At first they appeared honest and legitimate. We were allocated a "coach" who showed us how to use the platform and gave advice on trades, and those trades performed well. They even showed us how to withdraw the money. As our trust grew, the Coach encouraged us to deposit more and more money. After a couple months we tried to withdraw the money following the process we had been shown in the beginning. We never got our money. Its gone.

Been Trading with Starlight for around 3-4 Months so far so good, Made a test withdrawal with no problems, Had some issues with some Assets not showing, But support was quick to solve it. Going well so far will update further.
Taken all my money again while I have been Hospital ! This company can’t trusted !

Team of educated account managers. Starlight Capital has been very helpful in my trading career. Service is fairly prompt, the platform works efficiently and is relatively easy to understand.... so its even good for the non tech savy.

Having an account manager is a privilege and in this company you can have one with no extra charge, this alone gives any investor a massive tool to use. Sessions with the manager can take a while, better bring a pen and paper cause there is so much to learn, I learn something new everyday and my trades are getting better as well. The important thing is to remember this is a marathon and not a sprint.

I love the platform its very convenient I can use it from any place in any time, also the support service is very helpful and there is always someone to answer my questions
About half of my funds, all my wife's and all my daughter's funds disappeared in a month. StarlightCapital.IO's web-based platform displays different balances on different pages. Actual charges are difficult to find. No response from account managers for days. Do yourself a favour - use a reputable company.
Starlightcapital is 100% a scam, the platform is flawed and the profits cannot be withdrawn from your account, I have over $200k USD in my account and the the account manager wants me to deposit more money in order to access the money reflected in my balance. I regret the day I ever invested my money and wasted my time with these crooks.
I have started investing in December 2022. All was going well and yes, cannot fault the customer service you while you are plowing money into your account. I tried to make a withdrawal while Daniel Martin (account manager) was on holiday and he told me he will get someone to sort it out. Jonathan Moore then contacted me and said he is only authorised to process a $5000 withdrawal. And this is where the saga began. I needed a lot more that $5000 and my account had all the funds, plus a lot more to sustain my withdrawal. I heard back from Daniel and he said he will assist me when he gets back from holiday. I contacted Daniel again on the 23 January to try and get the withdrawal done. He phoned me and told me on the phone that my account was in a loss situation and I could not withdraw the money. I then downloaded all the transaction Starlight had on my account and his statement was laughable as it clearly showed that I had more than double in my account to the amount I wanted to withdraw. He now claims he never said the account was at a loss but still refuses to process my withdrawal. He is accusing me of lying and saying he did not say that and I am working on false information. So now I have refused to deal with him on the phone and only in writing, so he told me 'good luck and all the best'. As far as their customer services go - total waste of time as they have not responded to my last two emails. The London office are just as useless as when I tried to organise the withdrawal through them, the lady kept saying a senior account manager will contact me, after 4 calls I gave us and is still waiting... Daniel then spoke with my husband who has also invested with them, convinced him that my account was at a loss and it will be better if we merge the two accounts. So Daniel withdraw all my money, transferred it to my husband's account without my consent and closed my account!! He is now refusing my husband to withdraw any monies or to re-instate my account. Because of these anomalies we have refused to deal with them via the phone and only deal with them in writing. Beware all you guys who are happy with your investments, wait till you try and get the bulk of you money out. They do allow for very small withdrawal on their terms.
I can only describe this operation as dishonest, out to make you believe your investment is strong compared to UK markets, display a small repayment to make you believe that its easy to get your funds when required, True is they have already spent your funds and they will comment that market has just gone down and now no funds available, They have the cheek then to ask for more thousands to keep your account open. the name used in my case was Liam but real make will never know He act's as though he is in an Americia office with offices also in Cyprus, He will say he is trading in the market for Millions of Dollars. when asked for records of my trading was sent information completely unrelated as dates shown was before I had ever heard from them, away to try to confuss me. If he is or isn't working for Starlight their whole portfolio needs investigating and any con artists locked up.

Service is good however in weekends I found it is harder to get customer support.

Their support service team is always there for me when I need help, They are available 24/7. Also fast replies from the account manager, explaining clearly every single details and the withdrawals are not an issue. In conclusion very recommended.
