The withdrawal page showed a technical issue notice when I tried to take money out, and it stayed like that for days, so I contacted this platform and was told a manual payout could be done after a processing payment, which I sent even though I was unsure about the reason, then after about four days the website stopped loading and I could not log in anymore, before that my account showed around €326,480 and I had already put in more than €27,350 across different payments, I might be off by a small amount because I did not track every step clearly, after this I went to the local police station and filed a report but weeks passed with no update or direction, later I looked into similar cases and moved the matter to an international level where a complaint was filed with the International Advocacy Bureau as part of a formal procedure, documents, payment proofs, and account records were submitted during that stage, the process took time with checks and verification steps, then the case moved into enforcement review where actions were taken on the traced funds, and at the end the stolen money was recovered through the process and returned under the set procedure without further interaction with this platform.
I was entrusted with a respectable amount of money but I believe will never see it again. At first it was all words and promises. Each time they asked for larger amounts. When they saw that I had no intention of putting in any more money, the communication stopped and the money of course flew away. I know that you can’t ask for your money back but future customers should know to stay away. It is a scam.

The customer support (supportsolver99.com ) The customer support team has not replied to any of my messages, even though I have sent three so far. It is also very strange that the person responding on behalf of the company for comments always says that there are no customer details on the official platform, even though I log in to my account through the official website. They asked me to deposit 20% of the balance I already have in my account in order to be able to withdraw my own money. Initially you can start your account with 250eu. An account manager trades for you. Make a short call every day. Very soon, starts nagging for greater deposits - at a time I already decided it was a fraud. I made excuses not to fund more. Eventually I saw my account jump by 13,500 or so, and they said it was profit from a special little project they did for me. They said I have to withdraw it, but first I had to pay 3,500 taxes. This was final proof it was a fraud: a broker does not collect taxes. The account was frozen, and I could not take my original deposit. Acc.ID = #251567. Balance: 15312.22
I have a serious problem with solver99: while I deposited the appropriate tax for the (alleged?) profits, they are asking me to deposit the same amount again because they went into the initial capital after I was a day late in paying them (due to a bank holiday). They refuse any understanding and threaten that if I resort to the authorities, I will not get them back even in 20 years (this is what G.P. said). Maybe they are just scammers, what should I do? Very serious company!
