So Giovanni finally answered the phone and decided to tell me that i lost my money as I see on my account that they withdrew $6000.00 from my acount a week and a half after i tried to withdrawal my money. They said this is the price I pay for taking a chance. So even though I sent in the documents and tried to withdrawal long before my money disappeared they still stole it. I will not stop trying to get my money back. I will post on here daily, I am in contact with the police and the media. THEY HAVE AVOIDED for almost 5 WEEKS, AND Stole MY MONEY WHILE MY WITHDRAWAL WAS PENDING. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIVES, CON ARTISTS, LIARS,AND STRAIGHT UP a demeaning COMPANY. I have screenshots of the entire 4 weeks and several emails to back up my experience with this company. If i could upload them here i would to prove my stress and the fact that I had to use all my savings to bury my sister the same day my money disappeared from them.
