It cost me more to try and get my money out than my original investment. Stay clear! They call..they always hide tge phone number..always bounced...why are they hiding?? Don't let them fool you into chasing your money..again..stay clear!

Stay clear of them! I fell into their trap, lost both my investment and gains, and it wasn’t until I found the right team that I was able to recover my digital profile.

Yesterday I wrote about my bad experience with shares holding and their team advised me to contact their support team, but i have already tried to email them at the address provided on the website and the email bounced back as this address is invalid and I tried calling the phone number on the website 437 887 4572 and it’s a invalid number too. I request the support team to please provide me their email or phone numbers or contact me at +16477401395 . I have bills to pay and I don’t have any money.

I did an online enquiry to learn more about the $250 investment. For a company like this I would have expected an email introduction with options for date and time to speak to a representative - instead I had DOZENS of unknown ontario phone calls — sometimes back to back - and multiples times that I didn’t answer. — no voicemails were left either. But I work at a busy job and I’m in many meetings; I’m also a busy mom and I drive around a lot. So needless to say I could not answer those dozens of calls. On Friday afternoon received an email saying they are having a hard time reaching me by phone and to reply with a date and time that works for me. So I figured I would reply at my convenience - perhaps the next day after a good nights sleep and hopes to sleep in on Saturday morning. Saturday morning at 6:16 am my Phone rings and wakes me up. Startled thinking it was a family emergency. Look at my phone and I ignore it and my phone rings again at 6:17. I ignored that too by silencing the call. Fell back to sleep and my phoe rings again at 6:37 am. Seriously ?? I sent the call to voicemail and can you believe Mr Tim Williams called again 30 mins later from a different phone now I was angry. I answered it and asked “who the “f” is calling so damn early!! Do you realize what time it is?!?” And I hung up. I called back in the afternoon to ask who was calling me multiple times early in the morning and he wouldn’t give me his name — I said “I want to know who has been harrassing me and he finally gave me his name! I also replied to the email sent asking to be connected to another representative and he didn’t forward my email to anyone. Not impressed with this individual who represents this company. I was furious to be woken up on a Saturday morning so early. Are these reps who are in Ontario aware there is a time zone change? Can you imagine if I lived in BC those calls would have came in at 5:16 and 5:17 —- Who does this ??? Well I still haven’t heard from another rep or supervisor. But I don’t like to be harassed so if this is how they conduct business calls I want nothing to do with this! After reading the other reviews I probably won’t be investing here.

They always come up with new fees to pay, always wanting me to put in more just to get my money out of here. It doesn't happen anywhere else but here. Just few minutes ago I got another payment from,EIıte EcheIon,ḺḺC,without the need to contact support or pay any additional charges.

I'll write down what happened with me. This company, based in Toronto, asked me to pay upfront a 55% of my asset with them, which is mainly my capital, so that I can get my money back and close my account with them.

I really like the app, it works great and responds very quickly to different requests.I would like it to be possible to deposit small amounts of money. I, for example, am not a very rich person and can't afford to deposit large sums of money, although I really enjoyed the trading processBut going back, I would say that you are doing a good and thoughtful job.

Steady capital growth are pleasing, but the service system seems too standardized. Would have liked more customization options, especially given the high threshold for entry.

I do feel very confident in how my capital is being managed, they let me know my dividends every month and I have all the information in the company app.
