About Sôegee Futures

PT Soegee Futures held a futures broker license from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) under license number 42/BAPPEBTI/SI/XII/2000 dated 13 December 2000, and also held an Alternative Trading System (SPA) permit under number 1102/BAPPEBTI/SP/3/2007 dated 23 March 2007, among additional authorizations and memberships including the Jakarta Futures Exchange (membership SPAB‑030/BBJ/10/2000) and the Indonesian Futures Clearing House (membership number 006/AK‑KJBK/XII/2000) ().

BAPPEBTI issued a decree to freeze PT Soegee Futures’s business operations as a futures broker on 10 March 2025 under Keputusan Kepala BAPPEBTI Nomor 04 Tahun 2025, citing failures to implement required corrective actions, mismanagement of client funds (not segregating client assets), inaccurate reporting, failure to meet margin and capital requirements, and failure to rectify prior administrative sanctions; the freeze also extended to the licenses of all associated introducing brokers ().

On 6 October 2025, BAPPEBTI revoked PT Soegee Futures’s business license entirely under Kepala BAPPEBTI Nomor 13 Tahun 2025; the firm is no longer authorized to operate as a futures broker in Indonesia under any license or introducing broker arrangement, and remains legally responsible for obligations toward clients arising from its prior operations ().

PT Soegee Futures offered two account types: “Zero‑Trader” with a minimum deposit of USD 100 and up to 1:200 leverage, and “Pro‑Trader” with a USD 1,000 minimum deposit and up to 1:400 leverage; trading was available via MetaTrader 4 and the SoegeeFX mobile app, with asset classes including forex, precious metals, energies, indices, ETFs/CFDs including US, EU, HK single-stock CFDs, as well as JFX commodity futures contracts; margin call and stop‑out levels were reported as 100 % and 30 % respectively, with EAs, hedging, and scalping permitted ().

Reports indicate customer complaints about delayed withdrawals and potential Ponzi‑style practices; legal representatives of affected clients have issued legal notices to PT Soegee Futures seeking return of client funds, including appeals to BAPPEBTI and KBI for fund compensation ().

Who it’s for
