I have been with SageFX for 2 years almost 3. I have had 0 deposit issues and zero withdraw issues. They are always approved on time and the spreads are immaculate. As for the other review pertaining to the market being open it's your responsibility to not trade on holidays period. As for connectivity that highly depends on your network . I have had no issues with connectivity. The commission is alittle high but not that much of a downside compared to the spreads. Thank you sage for upholding good service and paying out your clients no matter what!
I will never use sagefx again they are extremely money hungry! Juneteenth was a holiday in the US but for some reason the market was open. The Market randomly closes and locks me into a position even though there were no notices of early closure. Even trade locker stated the market was open until normal closing time. The position closed positive but once the market opened I was extremely negative. Sagefx admitted to this flaw of the market closing early with no notice. I had to fight with sagefx for 3 weeks saying yes it was a glitch but we are not going to fix it because we don't have to. I had no notice of early closure? I contacted trade locker and they stated that the broker creates the hours for their clients trading. Sagefx has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. How do you admit to wrong doing and not try to make it right. Watch where you place you're money everyone. I repeat do not use this company unless you want to get you're money stolen.
The best trading platform I have ever used. Trade locker is an awesome app. No fees for deposits, withdrawals or transfers. And everything is processed automatically - no more waiting for manual processing

SageFx manipulated my positions and fully closed me out of all my trades. They “claimed” it to be due to “Stop Outs” but by their own definition of “Stop Outs” there would only be partial closures until my Margin level was above the designed percent. That is not what happened. I was fully closed out of positions in the negative & closed out of positions in profit. I was closed out of my Buy positions at one price and my Sell positions at a different price but these move all transpired at the exact same time. I have the records to prove & show it. There were warning signs that this Broker was manipulating and doing things underhanded. I wish I made a wiser choice with my funds and my trading.
I've got a funded account on SageFX. I have experienced some issues with the funded account (therefore 4 stars). But if you experience them, just reach out to them and they will help you and fix the issues. Everything is set up properly now and works. I also received my first payout ($947,50) recently.

Is sagefx the same company as ospreyfx ? Backend and address and the like seem to be the same. I just signed up to both of them and realized while setting up it was all exactly the same. Why two websites if so? L
I purchased a challenge and within days was up 4% from trading. I use a Prop firm protector EA so I am protected from daily loss limit. Because of slippage and other factors, my EA was not able to close a losing trade at the correct price. Overall I was still under 5% daily loss on for the day if you look at EST which is where I am. Broker has no daily lost limit tracker on their dashboard and does not tell you what time zone their daily loss limit resets. No where on their website and support does not respond to my emails. Now they say I failed my account because I reached daily loss limit with 1% overall DD. It would be nice just to get an email back or a response.
There is a scam here. SageFX seems to be a legit trading company. SageFX.One is a mirror of the original company but it is a scam with bogus data. They ask you to transfer BitCoin directly to them (which is untraceable after transfer) give you fake trades and then charge you commission afterwards. BEWARE of SageFX.One!!!!!!! I just lost $1000 to these rascals.
Really good experience with SageFX. They have really good spreads and great customer service. I'm very pleased with my experience dealing with them and trading with their platform.

SageFX has been around for a few years now and I have been using them since December of 2021, the first time I've stuck with a broker for almost a year. The client area after you make an account is very easy to understand for new traders. Give SageFX a try today!
I've used Sage for about a year now and had a great experience. I did have 1 issue when purchasing a funding challenge where the email with the login info wasn't sent right away, but I contacted support and they fixed the issue. Their 24/7 live chat agents are nice and make the support process simple which I like. Deposits are quick and I usually receive withdraws within a few hours (longest I had to wait was a day because of a larger withdraw). Overall nice experience
SageFx is Trash! If you're a serious Forex trader then don't bother with this broker. I've experienced problem like deposit issues and connectivity since day one. Also, their spread & commission is high compared to other brokers. Do yourself a favor, walk away and find yourself a better broker.
SageFX maybe good a broker with fine spread and bit of high commission When it comes to finding program, they have very poor rules: Very High target of the second stage of the process to get funded (10% target for 1-phase and 2-phase) No retakes if you are in positive or at least break even The only advantages are the payout with crypto and Customer care very good
