This website is definitely a scam!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE THIS!!! Stolen my life saving!! Sucks, Check the name on my display picture section to get refunded.
I am a normal everyday 9am - 5pm hard working individual, just looking to try and achieve a better financial standing to hopefully have a better quality of life. Whilst I appreciate that investing is not guaranteed and you can make a loss, RoyalDiam have consistently lied to me, made excuses after excuses on why withdrawal of funds cannot happen, requesting transfer fees and then finally sending me FAKE crypto token which I only found out when trying to convert. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LIE AND SAY ANYTHING TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. From a devastated investor.
Royal Diam Trading Trap. What a total scam. I was told to buy this trading program from a training company that would give me access to the site. Cost £219.00 giving me €249.00. I was contacted by a young woman who wanted me to download anydesk. I was told so I could watch trading. I was also told that if after 2 weeks I wasn’t happy I could take my money back. I wasn’t happy straight away, 3 days after joining this trading trap I was sent email asking me to invest in Bitcoin, the returns were outrageous. After this I put a claim in for funds to be returned. I eventually asked the training co to return funds they did. I was amazed when they sent my £219.00 back. I’m still being contacted by this fraudulent company. Another so called trading manager took over, also after a few days wanting me to put more funds in. Suggesting I use a loan or my credit cards. Seeing as they have never successfully returned any money, so thanked him for his call put phone down and blocked number. They have since called again, asking how much I invested and suggesting they can return it but I need to download anydesk. I said I can’t as I only have iPhone. Then I was asked if I could borrow an android or iPad or laptop. Wasn’t taking NO for an answer. So thanked him for his call and hung up. Let’s see if they call back!!!
I invested the minimum, 249 EUR. After 2 weeks there was a nice profit of 52 EUR. I wanted to withdraw, and was informed that a cost of 1,000 EUR in additional investment was needed to withdraw my money? Ridiculous of course. Following that I got calls from socalled lawyers who wanted help me to retrieve my money, provided they get remote access to my PC!!! The whole setup is a scam

Ti chiediamo di effettuare due transazioni di storno per un importo di 661.00 usd ciascuna (x2) dal tuo conto bancario in cui prevedi di trasferire i fondi ricevuti al portafoglio autorizzato per aumentare il volume di scambi del account personale.” Pertanto mi sono fermato ad una perdita secca di U$950.= e ho visto che non sono l’unico scellerato. Ditemi voi se non è una truffa e per mantenerla tale forse qualche fortunato beneficia ma non è stato il sottoscritto, così come molti! Tell me if it's not a scam and to keep it that way maybe some lucky person benefits but it wasn't me, as well as many!
They are scammers, avoid them. They broker licence is fraudulent. DO NOT THRUST THEM!!! All positive opinions are written by their employees. Their “financial advisor” was threading me by sending picture of my house to my WhatsApp. And saying to be aware when I am coming back from work. UPDATE: I have all necessary evidence of this fraud and threats. I have already reported it all to relevant institutions.

I've been working with this broker for a long time, and so far I am satisfied with the results. Of course, I can't ignore the attitude towards clients, I have not seen any semblance of service everywhere. The only thing is that I would like the spread to be a little smaller, but the conditions are quite favorable for me.
Does not charge a deposit fee, the process is convenient, even e-wallets are available.
Normal stable broker. The platform is not buggy, the mobile version of the terminal is very convenient. I often use it when there is no opportunity or time to go from the computer

UPDATE 31/1 Have persistently kept trying to get through to them, but without any luck through their email address listed here (support at royaldiam.com) or via the person I have priorly been in contact with. Having reached out to Trustpilot to let them know that the company-information listed here is fake, have also not lead me anywhere - except from a response informing, that I can always just update my review. UPDATE 17/1 Following the response, I have tried to reach the support as they request. But the support-mail found on their website replies with "Recipient address rejected: Access denied". So once again I can only say - don´t sign up there!!!! Stay FAR away from this site!!! Everything is fine as long as you sign up and trade, but as soon as you need to withdraw funds/close your account nothing is possible, no help is given, and all promises from sign-up are broken. Only advice given to be able to withdraw, is to deposit another large sum to upgrade the package - even though the description of packages mentions absolutely nothing about which level is required to be able to withdraw.
I have had many bad experiences in the past as I invested in cryptocurrency on platforms that promised a lot but had no trading experience, but since my friend introduced me to Royaldiam, things have developed in a positive way so I give it 5 stars
