Scam alert🚨🚨 I am working with this broker as an Rox, and both my funds and my clients’ funds have been stuck since October. Withdrawals are not being processed at all — not just profits, even the original capital is not safe. Every time we follow up, they give different reasons on email but there is no real solution or clear timeline. I have all the email proofs and records. This situation is very stressful and raises serious concerns about fund safety and how this broker operates. I would strongly advise others to be careful before working with or depositing funds with them..
I posted a review on December 3 regarding a pending withdrawal and received a reply today asking me to provide proof of deposit and any communication with Rox support. I have all the required proofs, but I am not sure where I should submit them. The Rox portal has not been working for the past two weeks. I am already in contact with Rox support via email.
