Between 2020 and the end of 2021, I traded actively with RoboForex, investing over $200,000 of my own capital. I wasn’t experimenting — I was fully committed. I built strategies, followed the markets, and executed trades with discipline and purpose. While I accept the risks of trading, what I didn’t expect was to be denied access to rebate programs — programs that are supposed to return a portion of the commissions we pay on every trade. These rebates aren’t bonuses — they’re part of the broker’s business model, and every serious trader deserves access to them. I contacted RoboForex support to ask if my archived accounts could be retroactively linked to a rebate partner like CashbackFX or PaybackFX. I offered to provide a full archive of my trading history — detailed, timestamped, and transparent. But the responses were vague, and my request was dismissed. I’m not asking for a refund of my trading losses. I’m asking for a fair recovery of the commissions I paid — money that went directly to the broker. I traded real volume. I generated real fees. And I deserve real answers. I’m still fighting. I’ve submitted tickets, gathered evidence, and reached out to rebate partners. But RoboForex has yet to take my case seriously. To fellow traders: check your rebate status. Don’t let your trading volume go unrewarded. And if you’ve faced similar issues, speak up. We deserve transparency, fairness, and respect.

I trusted RoboForex and deposited my money, making some profits through trading. However, shortly after, I checked my account and discovered that all the funds from my MT5 account were withdrawn without any explanation. My MT4 account still shows a balance, but I can no longer trade. I reported the issue to the support team and opened a ticket (#2202755). It said I would receive a reply within 48 hours, but after two days, there was no response and the ticket completely disappeared from my account. I tried reaching out again, yet I still haven’t received any help or clarification. As a client, I’m very disappointed with this lack of transparency and communication. I expect RoboForex to investigate my case and provide a clear explanation about what happened to my funds.

Money was withdrawn from my account without my permission, and support remains silent! Money was withdrawn from my MT5 account without my knowledge. I immediately opened a support ticket, but there is still no response. RoboForex's customer support is a huge disappointment. I urgently need a solution.

Review: I am a verified client of RoboForex (Account No. 26104266). Between 8–9 September 2025, several trades on my account were executed at prices that were not consistent with the fair market value of XAU/USD and XAG/USD at those times. I provided full evidence (Daily Confirmation statements, CSV reports, screenshots), showing that trades such as: • #13881966 — BUY XAUUSD, loss of $288 in 45 seconds • #13891801 — SELL XAUUSD, loss of $256 in ~1 minute • #13851339 — BUY XAGUSD, profit discrepancy ≈4900% These trades clearly indicate abnormal spread manipulation or delayed execution. When I filed a complaint with the Financial Commission, RoboForex provided incorrect information about the trade dates, misrepresenting the true transactions. This experience raises serious concerns about RoboForex’s transparency, fair execution, and client fund handling. ⚠️ I strongly urge other traders to be cautious when dealing with this broker. Please stop the misrepresentation. Your reply completely ignored the actual trades in dispute. The official Daily Confirmation issued by RoboForex for 8–9 September 2025 clearly includes the disputed tickets: #13881966, #13891801, #13892728, and #13861043. These are the trades I referred to in my complaint. It is misleading and unprofessional to refer to other, unrelated trades. I request that you: 1️⃣ Confirm that your internal review and communication with the regulator covered these exact trades and dates. 2️⃣ Provide the full execution logs (LP quotes, tick-by-tick bid/ask, spread, slippage). 3️⃣ Update the status of my withdrawal requests without further delay. Until the matter is reviewed transparently based on the correct data, I will continue escalating the issue to the Financial Commission and other relevant authorities
It is a good and trustworthy broker; they pay instantly! Don't understand why others rate it low!

⚠️ Unlawful withholding of funds and retroactive profit cancellation — RoboForex Ltd (Belize) I am publicly sharing my official complaint regarding RoboForex Ltd (Belize, License No. 000138/333), after the broker retroactively canceled USD 21,591.50 of already realized and confirmed profit on my verified MT5 account №27328341, and blocked two withdrawal requests totaling USD 25,596.80 that had already been marked as “in process.” These actions were taken without prior notice, explanation, or any technical justification. Despite repeated requests for transparency, RoboForex has refused to provide FIX/LP trade logs, transaction records, or any regulatory basis for the retroactive changes. On September 12, 2025, I filed a formal complaint with the Financial Commission, which was acknowledged on September 14, yet as of today no meaningful update or resolution has been provided. This conduct represents a serious breach of regulatory and contractual obligations, including: • Unilateral modification of executed trades, • Withholding of verified client funds, • Failure to provide transparency as required under the Belize FSC Conduct of Business Regulations. ⚖️ Resolution Requested: • Full restitution of USD 25,596.80 in withheld withdrawals; • Disclosure of all server-side and liquidity-provider logs related to the canceled profit of USD 21,591.50; • Fair compensation (USD 4,318–6,477) for financial and emotional damages caused by these actions. All evidence — including my Final Complaint Submission, Annexes A–G, and SHA-256 integrity hashes — has been officially filed and verified with the Financial Commission. Transparency is not optional. It began not with a threat, but with a promise—a promise of financial freedom, delivered through what appeared to be a world-class trading platform. The numbers on the screen told a story of incredible success, and for a while, I believed it. This is the story of how that promise, made by a broker named Roboforex, led to my complete financial ruin. It is a cautionary tale written in the red ink of my own account history. The platform was incredibly seductive and very problematic . It excelled in all the areas that build a clients confidence: the interface was polished and professional, deposits were processed with lightning speed, and the trading spreads on pairs like Gold (XAUUSD) were impressively narrow. It felt like a legitimate, top-tier system. They even designated me a Gold VIP Client, a title that made me feel important and secure. Like many sophisticated scams, it started small with consistent profits. The ultimate proof of legitimacy came when I successfully made withdrawals. This single act was the masterstroke of their deception and scamming acts. It silenced my inner voice of doubt and convinced me to go all in. Trusting the system completely, I deposited more and more, eventually entrusting them with a staggering from $ 5,500, 000$ usc into 8,563,715.77 usc (85637.1577 usd)(together with profit on the another trading account and also from other brokers . The first sign that something was profoundly wrong was when I tried to access my funds. The withdrawal process, once seamless, became a significant failure. My attempt to make a massive withdrawal (Ticket No. 2191571) hit a brick wall of delays and nonsensical excuses. Suddenly, the once-helpful customer support team became unresponsive and unhelpful. It was a chilling realization: they were masters of efficiency when I was putting money in, but became ghosts the moment I tried to take it out. With my trust wavering but my capital still locked in, they sprung the trap. They blew up my account. It happened in an instant, even while my account margin should have been more than sufficient to cover my positions. There were no warnings, no margin call emails, no automated notifications—none of the standard safeguards that a responsible broker provides to protect its clients. They simply dont care about you. Trades were suddenly and extremely stopped out for no discernible reason. The spread, once so attractively narrow, would inexplicably and massively widen at the most critical moments, guaranteeing a loss. It was a complete and utter betrayal, executed with digital precision. this culminated on a single day—listed with the impossible future date of October 6th, 2025—where a dozen massive sell positions were liquidated simultaneously. The losses were instant and astronomical, wiping out millions in seconds and leading to a total trading loss of -$7,724,647.09 usc. My account, once a symbol of hope, was left in ruins with an equity of just $1,326.27usc. What happened to me was not bad luck or a market downturn. It was a meticulously executed digital heist by a predatory broker. The evidence points to a system designed to fail its clients. Here are the undeniable red flags: The Withdrawal Block: The classic roach motel strategy: money checks in, but it cant check out. When a brokers support vanishes the moment you request a significant withdrawal, its the clearest sign they never intended for you to profit. Lack of Standard Safeguards: Reputable brokers have automated systems to warn clients about low margin. The fact that Roboforex provided no notifications before liquidating a Gold VIP Clients entire account is a deliberate act, not an oversight. It ensures maximum, irreversible losses for the client. Weaponized Spreads and Stop-Outs: The complaint of spreads suddenly widening to hunt stop-losses is a hallmark of a broker that controls its own price feed. They can manipulate market conditions within their closed system to ensure their clients lose. The future dates (2025) and the catastrophic negative balance shown in the history logs prove the platform is not connected to a real market. It is a fraudulent simulation where they write the rules and decide who wins and who loses. Please, refund my money and give some compensations on my account. There were possible errors, a catastrophic failure on your systems part, yet you did nothing to recover my funds. You have ignored me all the time. The true measure of a broker is not how they handle your deposits, but how they handle your withdrawals and protect you from ruin.

After 6 days still no answer! I will go to court , they will see they mess with the wrong victim! FMC ALSO KNOW THIS CASE. we will see each other in court. Its about 3000 dollars but thats fine they can keep that change money😆 but we will sue you guys be prepared!

Hello there pls robo forex I hope u will see this and take this seriously. Last 29th August I trade uk time around 2:45 to 3:30 your server was completely down I placed couple trade and I couldn’t even manage them after place server was completely down where other broker were completely fine. I ask in the ticket to check my issue and reimburse my fund back to mt5 they accuse me that I had my own internet or device problem and ask me to change it to desktop how funny is that . I again and again checked my internet and everything they was completely fine apart from Robo server and as a result I saw my ac is 80 percent gone that time I was what a trade can do nothing as I use small stops in my order. My balance was around 18400 and were showing loss floating 17000k gold trading . When server outage what a trade can do nothing .. I still believe you guys will sort issue and take it seriously before I go to FSC. I will do everything if possible. I also provide you guys all the logs and screenshots where clearly saying that server error also saying that how many times I try to reconnect it’s kept failed .ans they again say they had server issue but that trade close as profit . No mate am not talking about previous order that was running for long time them was ok with my sl tp everything was find . If you guys look at logs trading history that incident happen after 2:46 or 2.50 until 3.30 I know trader can make loss and its possible to loss everything but if its robo server issue where trader can’t do anything about this .if server is fine at least i can close them as small loss or small profit or breakeven but didnt get any chance if i had chance to upload it here i would. But theres no option to upload them. Yea robo forex your server was down as you also can clearly seen on logs that I send all information still u deny it . Please am urge see it again and sort it . But I close some trades before opening more traders later when I able to open position after couple of mins server went frozen and I cudnt even see my position cuz they all were frozen mt5 was down . How am I gonna able to cut my position as loss or breakeven or even small profit nothing was possible for me during the outage. Updated 6-9 And of course still no acceptance of my withdrawal, despite a promise in an email, it was cancelled. This is a scam, people should avoid this broker at any time. Dont think i will get my money back. Will file an official complaint now. Thieves are they now. Update 4-9 and again they refused my withdrawal, reason: we dont send money to third parties, while this creditcard is in my name and in my profile. And whatever they say, spreads are high, costs are high, dont believe their bla bla. Worst broker ever experienced. Spread is terrible. Overnight rates too high. You cant make money easily. Then you want to withdraw your hard earned money. All kinds of documents first. Then when you have less then 450 usd, you cant use sepa, ridiculous. Then you use the creditcard that is in your name, they cancel that , with saying: you can not send money to another person. Customer service , the name .... Says, go to another department, bla bla. DONT USE THEM. They take your money, because they can..... If i could give them minus stars, i would... It feels like a scam now.
Bro this guys are either scammers, either retards. They simply don’t care about you so beware of putting your money in this broker. You get stopped out for no reasons, spread is extremly wide and bad. Customer support is something extremly useless! EXTREMLY USELESS!!!! Simply AVOID THEM LIKE PLAGUE! I used to tell all my friends about this roboforex but now i’ll change them from this company as they only rob you. I have screen recording proofs, alot of screenshots aswell. They don’t care! So many bad things with this company On one of the tickets after they reply was telling me that the problems they had and when the app was frozen, simply blocked… nothing was working while i had open transactions, they were saying i had no direct loss. LIES! I HAVE VIDEO PROOFS HOW I LOST MONEY BECAUSE COULD NOT CLOSE THE TRANSACTION! Liars!

Approximately four months ago, I opened an investment account through the software company RoboForex and have been using the MetaTrader 4 platform. On two separate occasions, unauthorized access was made to my accounts from different locations, and high-risk trades were carried out without my knowledge, resulting in a total loss of approximately $1,700 USD. After the first incident, I reported the situation to RoboForex. However, I was only advised to change my account and email address, and no concrete solution was offered. Despite these changes, my account was hacked again. Although I reside in Turkey, the IP addresses provided to me by RoboForex indicated that the logins were made from Germany. It is impossible for me to access the platform from that location. I believe these unauthorized trades were carried out intentionally to cause loss and lead to the closure of my account. There is either a significant security vulnerability in your system, or these actions were carried out internally by your company. I request that you investigate this matter seriously and take responsibility. I also demand reimbursement for my losses and an explanation of how such unauthorized access was possible despite the security measures in place. I’m reading reviews. Many responses come 100% from “traders” who are not profitable, and because they keep losing money and want to withdraw their funds quickly, they are full of emotions waiting for their money. Where money is involved, emotions will follow. Listen, you are always fully responsible for your own losses. Roboforex or any other broker never forced you to deposit money and lose it. When things go well, you hardly hear anything. When things go bad, people immediately start pointing fingers at brokers. You don’t understand the whole concept of trading, brokers, financial markets, and psychology. Why do I never have problems with Roboforex? The years I lost money, the fault was completely mine. Not the broker, not the financial markets, not the market makers. YOU.

Trading 2 years with them, had mulitple payout's in over a few thousand dollars every pay out. So the amount is also no problem for a pay out. Spreads are good and service is also great, especially if you are using EA advisors, this is the right broker! Normally i don't write reviews, but by my sadness, this company has 2,5 stars. I think they deserve way more then that, thanks for the 2 good years and hopefully a lot more :).

RoboForex.com is a scam. I deposited 200 USD. I earned 14.68 USD, so I got 214.68 USD. If you want to withdraw your money, well, there is a problem. For card withdrawal you can but only up to 200 USD. For bank wire you need to have at least 500 USD to withdraw your own money. So what now? I used card option but...there is a withdrawal fee. So I obtained 193 USD instead of my 200 USD. Now there is only 14.68 USD left on my account and I definitely withdraw them.

Not surprised by the rating found here for this broker,my expectations are met! This broker is advertising the welcome bonus,forcing you to deposit money to end up telling you that you're not eligible for their bonus.I understand it's their right according to their T& C,but it's also ridiculous! Claiming the refund is another issue.Deposit is smooth and instant,yet for the refund you need to wait for 10 working days! Now these 10 working days have expired and no refund on my card,and while contacting them for support,they have asked me to forward my claim to their payments department,which has at least 48 hours or more to provide any feedback! Now I'm asking,how can this service delivery be qualified? I wish Trust Pilot should also include 0-Star in their ratings,cause even 1-star is too much for such kind of customers treatment!
