Summary
Many reviewers allege Richardson Lewis is a scam operation that lures clients with apparent quick profits on a MetaTrader5 interface, permits small withdrawals to build trust, then blocks larger withdrawals, invents fees or taxes, issues huge invoices, closes or freezes accounts and refuses to return funds. Multiple users report significant losses (examples given include €1,300 lost to an “IT glitch,” an €8,000 wiped balance, €250 turned negative, £3,500 and requests to take out large loans to recover money), persistent delays, no effective customer support, and being pressured to deposit more. Commenters describe fake staff aliases, inconsistent claimed office locations (Singapore, Toronto) that don’t exist, frequent domain changes, and use of third parties (e.g., Coincover) as excuses; some note hosting and telecom providers like Cloudflare and Zayo tied to the operation. Positive reviews appear in the corpus but several reviewers call those fake. A number of people say they have reported the company to authorities (FCA, UK Cyber Crime Agency and others) and warn others to avoid investing with them.

Richardson Lewis Investments – richardsonlewis.com, richardson-lewis.com or richardsonxe.com The Cast. Amy Anderson, Michael Miller, Tony Easy, Jonathan Leonard, Dylan Antoniou and Joe Banks – all aliases as confirmed. When you speak to these characters they all sound North American some with Hispanic accents (presumably from USA) but they state they’re living in either Toronto on Singapore. They constantly forget what lies they spinout having to back track when you question them. The Locations – Their website says their offices are 61 Robinson Rd Singapore, but an local investigation confirms they’re not along with offices at 50th Floor of the First Canadian Building King Street in Toronto – nope not there either – the buildings letting agents have confirmed this. Their Tech Partners – files servers hosted by Cloudflare – well know scam services hosts. Telcoms and internet provided by ZAYO. DNS/DMX domain host was previously hosting-concepts now gandi.net The Plot. Sophisticated scammers using metatrader5 app to make you think they’re making huge margins on your investments. They’ll allow you to make small withdrawals to bolster your confidence whilst luring you to deposit larger sums. You place more deposits and the equity balance goes stratospheric. You can see the ‘alleged’ trades in real time. They make gains, they make losses, they recover your losses…… They call you frequently informing you that the crypto markets are moving…..blah blah blah. Their website domain URL has been swapped 3 times in 10 months from richardsonlewis.com to Richardson-lewis.com to the latest richardsonxe.com Try calling their support number – eventually it will get answered but only in the operating hours of Singapore and normally by an east Asian sounding lady, who knows nothing and struggles with English. Call their Canadian support desk – same Asian lady answers. The Withdrawal – So you want to release funds from you amazing investment portfolio. No chance sucker. There’s an online withdrawal process….never works. You contact your account manager, they run a mile. A new account manager contacts you to ‘make the withdrawal happen’ – nope, just more lies a deceptions about paying management fees, withdrawal fees and taxation. They sent me an invoice €21,000 which had to be paid up front before they’ll release any monies. No chance! Now they’re telling me the account is suspended and that its going to be resolved by a third party company Coincover, where the funds have been transferred, which will take over three months and during that time I must not contact either of them. Whilst the conversation continued I was able to contact Coincover and ask if they’d heard of Richardson Lewis – ‘yes we have, they’re scammers, do nothing more with them’. They’ve been reported to the UK Cyber Crime Agency, the FCA and cypto.com by numerous people. Summary – Fraud by Gross Misrepresentation and obtaining money by false means.

A number of months ago I saw an advert for cyber trading and decided to see what happened. They required a minimum starting amount of £200 which turned out to be 230 euros. In a few days that traded up to 250 euros. Very nice in such a short time but for family reasons I wanted to withdraw it and thanks for letting me trade. BUT, as with Mr T below I am still trying to get it. In fact today one of the Scammers phoned me (not sure why because I had already called them a bunch of thieves) and the upshot is apparently my 250 euros has traded away to a negative amount - without my permission as I had told them to freeze the account! So, as I had already determined, I have written it off so FOR YOUR OWN GOOD STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATAN SCAMMERS WHO CLAIM TO BE HIGH CLASS BROKERS AND FINACIAL ADVISORS. I think they are based in Canada but not sure. If so the authorities there (if they see this) should pursue them for fraud. I would certainly verify that!!

***THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS- DO NOT USE*** You will lose your money!!! I lost €1300 to an “IT Glitch” and my account was wiped out with a loss of €8000 due to “Administrative Error”. There is NO Customer Support! I sent an email with no response. All they want is for you to deposit money so they can take it away and there is nothing you can do! ***Avoid these people they are SCAMMERS***
