I forgot my password and this made it impossible to withdraw my investment here. Stress built up as time passed without answers. ℂ𝕣𝕪𝕡𝕥𝕠𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒓𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕖𝕣𝕤 stepped in and guided me calmly to resolution.
I credit 𝒱ℯ𝓇𝒾𝓉𝒶𝓈 𝓇ℯ𝒹𝓇ℯ𝓈𝓈 for the total reclamation of £41,755 lost to a sophisticated phishing vector. Their tactical brilliance ensured the transaction hashes were flagged globally, compelling a full reversal.
If I had known my holdings would be locked up for years, I would never have invested. Now they have refuse to return it. I wouldn't recommend using the RCG to no-one. By emphasizing repeatable approaches, I have been able to maintain a growth slope more reliably on Ech𝘰mines.
I made a withdrawal of R4200 4 days ago and they refused to pay out my money on my account Bad broker and I’m gonna stay away they always give me problems when it’s time to withdraw last time it took them 4 days to pay out my R66,000 withdrawal that I made during the year
I want to retrieve my account It says wrong password Even though it’s not,okay sharp When I want to retrieve my password on my email It takes long to respond And I’ve been been trying Still nothing But when you guys take the deposit you so fast,but your service…. Just do what you promised,because right now I don’t know whether my money is safe or not
They are good listeners,they are fast in helping and the confidence they have made me to trust them.
My withdrawal was not approved even the next day it was not approved and I sent 2 emails to the support team and they never responded this left me very frustrated as their service can be very questionable at times I wish to never cross paths with RCG Markets again
I was having issues with having to analyze the Chart and an RCG MARKET assistance guided me through it with Patient on the call and step by step.... Top tier service and Support.
I experienced different brokers,but RCG Markets is the best and number one.The spreads in this broker are very low,even during big economic events like NFP.The withdrawals are fast.And the support team is always there to assist even on weekends

1.Support team - very bad 2.Their website is not user friendly, hard to check MT4/5 credentials, just hard to use in general 3.Inactivity fees are high for a very short period, still got money on my exness account but I haven't traded that account in years 4. All I wanted was to change my leverage but that also takes days In overall you make hard for clients to work with you

The system knew exactly what needed to be and I felt safe since it didn't ask me to put in my password for it. What I didn't like is that it does not reply fast it takes like 3 to 4 minutes to reply please improve on that.
They have a proper team in all their departments, who are of great teamwork and assistance when needed.

For the last 2 years since working with RCG Markets it has an fast platform when it comes to depositing and withdrawing. Before I worked with the broker I heard many criticising the broker but then someone I trusted referred me to it then I decided to check it out. Since it has even opened synthetic trading account there's nothing more I could ask for.
