Tried 23-12-2025 to withdraw some money. Has to verify the account from where the money came from in the past. But Raze Markets does not handle this request. Also the Helpdesk via the portal does not respond and emails will not be answered.

Hi I parented with someone who was doing the hands free and was using you as a broker. Three clients can’t withdraw their funds at all? It’s been two months now ? Why is this ? And use are just ignoring their tickets. I know use are Dubai based , and that’s fraud out there. As I use to live there , so I do have your office address out there. Just not sure why use aren’t paying them out?

I signed up in error as I did not realise what I was signing up for. It was a misleading advertisement on GB news. When I got notification that an account was set up I emailed immediately asking them to cancel it and delete my details. I have not had a reply to my email. Since I signed up I get hundreds of phone calls from different numbers - I don't answer calls from numbers that are not in my contact list. I have emailed again. Raze Markets appear keen to suck you in to sending money but no customer service

Scam broker. Not authorised to operate in the UK by the FCA
They are linked to OTS Capital, a hedge fund that is regulated in an offshore country. I was introduced to their account management program and they have been delaying release of my money for 4 months. They recently moved my money back into my Raze Markets account but it's been stuck in withdrawal for 3 weeks now and they continually delay without any replies. Their support is non-existent as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS. I lost $20k USD EDIT: I received my deposit but this was after I had engaged a debt recovery company that sent them demand letters. Stay away.
I didn't use my account for some time, while trying a new strategy on my funded. When I wanted to use my funded to implement the strat, i found out the account was gone. I never hit the minumum, and when contacting them via mail and Whatsapp, they never responded to my questions. I lost all my money. My advice; look for another broker!
been in the game for a while now, this broker is one of few that ACTUALLY want you to make money, was asked a million questions and a trading statement. Comparing it to IC and exness.
