Based on my experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this broker and strongly advise not open account with Raceoption. Do your due diligence and check FCA website before even initiating account with Raceoption. My account has incurred regular deductions labelled as inactivity charges, which were not clearly disclosed at the time the account was opened. When requesting a withdrawal, I was informed that I must reach a turnover equal to three times the sum of my deposit and any bonus received, which I find to be an unreasonable requirement. Additionally, I was asked to pay a 20% commission on withdrawals. It is also concerning that this broker does not appear to be regulated by the FCA, leaving clients with limited recourse.

Stay away. Withdrawal never work. I haven't been able to withdraw. Can't get my profit despite my investment so this really fake and not legit. Glad am bouncing back with Trade Summus. What a relieved it has been for me.
Raceoption is COMPLETE BS, total trash. I traded using my own funds for about six months. Started with about $600 and got that account to $3600. When I attempted to withdraw. They made a verification (Photo ID and a call) then started the withdrawal process. 3-4 months in they accuse me of FRAUD! I sent all the information that 100% PROVED I made no fraud AT ALL. They said that the best they could do is a partial return of $1.2k (out of $3.6k). Its been over a year since then. Now its been almost 18 months and nothing even though I have been sending 1-4 emails per month. These people are the definition of a SCAM. If you're thinking of investing with them, DON'T! You'll lose your money, even when you're good at trading.
I was really shocked to find out they were just trying to take advantage of me , glad i was able to convince my headline to confront them and settle my case.

After attempting to withdraw for the last month now, they have failed to send me my money. At first, they emailed me requesting a photo of my ID and a picture of myself holding my ID next to my face. I did this, and then they said they would be calling me to confirm that it wasn't fraud. After a week or 2 they now request I send a video waving my hand in front of my face, as well as writing the date down on paper and saying my name out loud. The "Raceoption Financial department" account they message from is already unprofessional by the lack of real name used, no profile picture, and ridiculous requests. This is a phishing scam, do not give them your information. Luckily I didn't lose much money, though I was under the impression that I would have been able to receive the money I earned through trading. The positive reviews they write are all similar, and Raceoption only replies to the positive reviews--this indicates they are writing these reviews themselves and doing nothing to help avoiding losing money with them. Take the hints, don't use this broker, they are scamming you!!!
Guys, every positive review of this company is them creating their own reviews . If you’re like the rest of us and unfortunately fell victim to these criminals scam , just cut your losses . No amount of emailing in the entire world will ever get you a penny of whatever money they owe you , including your own deposit . Unfortunately for me , I lost over 7500 dollars because of these scumbags . Once I realized the platform was a scam and the numbers didn’t line up correctly when making trades , I immediately submitted a withdrawal for my money back . That was in June of 2023. To this day , several hundred emails back and forth with this fraudster Vitaley (which isn’t even a real name if you haven’t figured that out ), all I ever get is replies saying “I have escalated your request . I am very sorry for such delay but rest assured , your transaction will be executed as soon as possible”. Really buddy ? 2 years and you guys still can’t give me 1000 of my 7500 you stole from me ? Do yourselves a favor , go and start filing fraud reports with the UK websites . I doubt it will do any good , but if you’re already out the money you got nothing to lose .
I first requested a qithdrawal in August 2024. Several tickets, several e-mails, and calls from Vitaly later, and we are no further forward. Zero indicaiton that there is anything at alll wrong with my request. In fact, the request is simply to get my money back that I deposited in the first place !! They keep making really silly excuses, to the point now where it is obvious they have no intention of paying. Avoid like the plague. Yet another scam company in this industry
Update it’s 12/18 still no money!!!!! Please do not trade here this broker is unregulated and WILL SCAM YOU. I have waited over 30 days for a withdrawal under $600 which is insane. I couldn’t imagine if I made actual earnings what a mess it would be! They manipulate the market and make it impossible to withdrawal with all the “contest” which is not worth it do not accept them!!!!! They make you make 300% which all goes to them…… I have had this account over 3 years and went back to it to give it one last try. Will never use it again

So I made a withdrawal of my deposit and after 10 days I still haven't managed to get my funds! They are a deceitful broker and cheat customers funds! Do not invest in this broker as u won't see your funds again! They are all a bunch of scammers!!!!
