Worst ever experience. My deposit stuck for 9 days. No good response from support team.
i have been using a Binary trading platforms since 2015 and i have encountered with so many problems from the support teams of the various platforms and recently opened my account with Quotex which is have 4 star out of 5 but after trying my first deposit i felt very bad because even after 7 days from deposit made but is not reflecting in my trading account and Quotex support team is simply asking for UTR number again and again when i send my bank statement in PDF and also shared screenshot . instead of checking the receiving details from their end they simply replying with same message. its kind of irritating and they are not willing to find the solution when i provided the sufficient details to trace the money.

God useless these guys never reply i emailed twice almost a week still says pending. not even live chat and their social media comments disabled. we cannot send them message on social media as auto. Terrible.
