Summary
Reviews are mixed but heavily skewed toward reports of fraud and aggressive sales tactics. Many users describe clicking ads or seeing fake endorsements, being contacted by reps after a small deposit, and then pressured repeatedly to add funds; account balances were often shown as rapidly and implausibly inflated (examples include £170→£34,000, €200→€55,000), which preceded attempts to withdraw. Multiple reviewers say withdrawal attempts triggered demands for additional payments, crypto transfers, “liquidity” or escrow fees, installation of apps, or sharing card/bank details; access to accounts was sometimes blocked, phone numbers and contacts changed, and official contact addresses proved invalid. Several people report losing thousands or tens of thousands, being asked for ever-larger fees to release funds, and finding fake testimonials or stolen photos on the site. A minority of users claim genuine profits and smooth, fast withdrawals after simple verifications and praise specific brokers, and a few say third-party recovery services helped retrieve funds. Overall the dominant theme is warning: many allege scams, withdrawal obstacles and extortionate fees, while a small number report positive outcomes.

I lost thousands of dollars to this site and never got a dime, so it's clear that they are a massive cheat. Fortunately, I chose Good merit. and my pay and other benefits have been consistent.

Force you to review the investments having received nothing!!! Bunch of liars and threaten you when you report them! For your own peace and happiness don’t do it. I’ve lost over $40000 with their empty promises. Over and over promising me but nothing. I’m still waiting for the money they promised! STAY FAR AWAY FROM QUANTUMSTAR.

I invested the minimum £170 and after 30 days I had over £7000. When trying to withdraw/transfer that money to my bank account I am told I have to do a liquidation verification that involves transferring 20% of that money into a crypto wallet,I haven't got £1400 to do that, and now can't even access my account. Any help in recovering my money would cost me more money £1000+ . Any help would be appreciated if it's not going to cost an arm and a leg.

started in 03/24 with the 200€ contribution Money will soon be added, €2000 after 1 month the final balance was €55,000 not bad. I wanted to withdraw but that was not possible (my bank refused whas ther answer) and had to go through other channels, krakken, okx, exodus, escrew) they only asked fees because the funds came from many different channels. In the end I was charged €36,000 in fees and my total amount was secured with Exodus. €99,000 currently there is still €146 in the exodus wallet the rest is diapeared!!! even with the security off 12 saved words. To get the money back I had to pay another 10%, then I had had it with Mr. Fadelici William.qauntum star ( lots off talk and action) On October 23, I received an email from the trading center that the funds of €99,000 are available, but a fee of 10% must be paid. identical to the email from April 2024, just a different date. they advertise with bank de france (does not exist) please stay away, this is fraudulent.

I clicked on the link to the company after seeing that Sir Keir Starmer seemed to support Quantum Star. Soon after, someone from Quantum got in touch with me. I was sure it would be simple to make money. I was given a financial planner, and in a month, my money doubled. When the FA called me again, he persuaded me to put more money in, which I did. I asked for a refund. I was called and told to add more crypto to their wallet. This is meant to be proof of wealth. They need to make sure it really is me; its all a scam. They didn't talk to me again after giving it to them. I did not get any money from them. I emailed the help line a lot of times but never heard back. When I needed to get my money back from those shady traders, I looked for help online and found 𝖯reston𝖶ealth𝖠dvocates. This great group of experts helped me through the whole process and recover my funds. They made something that looked hopeless work out perfectly. People should really stay away from Quantum.

I don't understand the intent to allow payments without verification but require full verification when i want to retrieve what i put in on here. That has seized since my cousin asked me to tray cloudcore were the plans are affordable and pays weekly.

I invested a minimal amout of £170 into quantumstar in march this year . I left it there to see how it could grow. I was contacted initially in june to be told my investment was around £18,000 !!! Excellent I thought , i,ll withdraw the whole amount and when i get it i'll invest some of it back into the system . well , here I am in early september having received absolutely nothing and having shelled out another similar amount to try and get it through their support dept via paying certain individuals and using a company allegedly an Escrow facility - all via Quantumstar's support line I might add !! The last straw was that the Escrow company wanted an additional £ 18000 because of the movement of Bitcoin before they would process my funds including what i had paid already .I wasn't prepared to risk any more money. Enough is enough - I said no!!! I'm about to go for them now and the individuals , I have their bank account details . Am I alone with this experiece ???

This company promised huge profits, but I was lucky not to invest the full £1,000 they wanted. My investment peaked at £700 and then quickly dropped to £400. They claim to be experts, but they’ve ignored my multiple requests to close my account.

I've invested money in an investment company, they said I could make loads of money with investment, they wanted £1,000 initially but luckily I didn't invest so much Initially my investment went up to £700, then very rapidly went down to £400, they're supposed to be professionals, I've asked several times to close my account. The contact address doesn't work, all I want is my money back and close my account but I have to ask for it rather than doing it myself but I can't ask there's no way of asking. Their customer service is atrocious They've got loads of bad ratings on the Internet, I wished I'd looked at it before Empty promises

I am an immigrant in Canada and it was really hard to get $5000 that I was suggested but I somehow I managed it. It has been 2 months and I am thinking of opening my personal bakery, it was my dream to bake pies and I believe I will achieve enough money for it with quantumstar. God bless you!!

Praise Lord! My prayers were answered. These guys saved my life, saved my daughter's life and helped me get a new home for the both of us. We were deeply indebt with loan sharks and credit card companies and they came for the rescue. Thank you for walking me through all the details and explaining the importance of investments and projects. I still can't believe how annoying I was during my first withdrawal when tc asked us for liquidity verification but it worked so I can only apologize and be thankful. Cheers to ya quantumstar!!!

Very satisfied with the service. They are great brokers. I had to do couple of verifications when withdrawing the money but nothing special, just two simple transfers and I got the money next day. I started with 500 Euros, got up to 700 in no time and understood I should not miss this opportunity. Then I put 55000 Euros and since Monday I made 28000 Euros. I know everything will have different experience but mine was very good.

After seeing a news item on google in which Sir Keir Starmer appeared to endorse Quantum Star, I pressed the link to the company. A short while later I was contacted by a quantum rep. who convinced me to invest £170 by transfer from my current account. I then belatedly did a bit of research and found AI generated news reports were putting words into peoples mouths. I contacted quantum both by e-mail and phone and asked for my money back and told that this was impossible, my money was already invested. I understand if you cancel within 2 weeks you are legally entitled to a refund! They tried to get me to install apps/softwear on my computer, and tried to get details of my credit card. I was pestered daily to respond, but I kept asking for my money back without response from them (Other than trying to get me to invest more money) the £170 had grown to £34000 in about 3 weeks according to Quantum. Recently I have been contacted by a different person claiming to represent the World Finance Authority, according to them Quantum has ceased and they are winding up Quantum and that I urgently need to transfer the money to my bank account (they will need the details and provide an app in order to to do this). Apparently I owe Quantum charges but they cannot just take it out of my Quantum account, it has to be paid into my bank account and then I have to pay them. In my initial dealings with Quantum I enquired about charges and was told that the amount shown in my account was a net figure with charges already deducted! Every time they contact me by phone they use a different number if I return the call I get an number unobtainable message! I strongly advise people not to get involved with Quantum or any other similar using similar methods.
