THEY WILL THINK OF ANY EXCUSE TO DENY/DELAY PAYOUTS FOR CONTEXT I HAD QT INSTANT ACCOUNT 50K. MY PAYOUT DATE WAS DECEMBER 24 THEN THEY MOVE IT BY 15 DAYS CAUSE OF ABSURD REASONS SAYING THEY WILL UPGRADE THE SYSTEM AND TODAY, JANUARY 6, I SEE MY PAYOUT CYCLE MOVED AGAIN BY 14 DAYS TO JANUARY 22. MY SERIOUS ADVICE IF YOU ARE NEW AND STILL PLANNING TO BUY A CHALLENGE DO NOT EVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS FIRM. THEY ALWAYS GIVE 40-50% DISCOUNT THE WHOLE YEAR OF 2025 BUT ITS NOT A HEALTHY BUSINESS MODEL. COME BACK TO MY REVIEW ONCE THIS PROP FIRM FAILS AND CLOSES. MARK MY WORDS!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. JUST BUY FROM REPUTABLE FIRMS EVEN IF THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE
I passed my second phase recently (account 10368984) . I then got an email from the risk department that i had breached the rules. I sold 2 US30 at 49 508.I then entered a stop , making a genuine typo ,and put the stop at 85 580.i immediately corrected this, and moved it to 49580,risking less than a percent. but the risk department says i risked 741.488 %, which is gambling. I tried explaining it was a genuine error, and it makes no sense to risk such a huge amount, but they not interested, and will not apply any common sense. Be very careful with these guys. If you type a wrong number in by mistake , your challenge is over, and they will find an excuse to deny you the contract.
While the trading environment itself has been fine, support accessibility has been extremely disappointing. After passing Phase 1, I encountered a KYC dashboard issue where my account shows “KYC Required” despite KYC already being approved. The system does not allow re-uploading, and I’ve been unable to reach Risk Support via live chat despite waiting extended periods. This lack of communication at a critical stage of the evaluation process is frustrating and needs improvement. I hope the team addresses this promptly
Passed step 2 of a challenge account only to receive an email on the 24/12/25 to say I had engaged in "excessive exposure and an 'all-or-nothing' approach", even though the same strategy for step 1 never had any comments. 3 requests for further clarification and pointers to where in the rules this is stated have been ignored. I used vpn and my account disabled, thanks God I've meet John the customer support he sorted the problem immediately I'm glad and appreciate about him (john)

payout extanding for more 14 days almost last 30days there is no payout

The QT payout date has been postponed twice. Traders who made profits are unable to withdraw their funds. When we contact support, they provide unreasonable explanations, such as holidays.

Today was my payout date but it was extended for a whopping 14 days again without any notice yesterday also the countdown was 5 hrs now immediately it's 14 days again such cheap move .all this promotions for this type of terrible client experience. And the excuse was traders didn't get enough days if that's the case do something for them give the payouts of the people who earned it during this hard time especially December give some respect to your clients
I bought a challenge account on the 2nd of January and today is the 5th of January and still nothing . Highly disappointed.

i would like to thank John at QT support for helping me get access to my accounts that i bought during one of the promos. i had made a error in my details and as an existing trader at QT, John was able to access and confirm my details and confirm the purchase. a huge thanks to John and QT for the help.
Untrustworthy firm. Initially thought okay sure let’s give QT a try but after passing challenge on 31st. The funded account was never issued, no official announcement was even made about the delay in payout, delay in funded accounts, also their tradelocker is not working. Support just very poor and they muted me in discord for saying their response is world class. Apparently, they can’t take some constructive critics. So many red flags has been showing. For anyone that wants a cheap account, I can tell you first hand this firm is not the one. Too many excuses given such as team is on holiday/upgrading the tech/maintenance. All this without proper email or announcement in discord.

IT WAS GOOD EXPERIENCE
There are so many things wrong with this company. How would you have the funds to buy another prop firm, and not the funds to grant payouts? They sent a mail about scheduled maintenance that'll happen during the festive season till the New year, no date was specified and they gave the notification a day to the maintenance, who does that? Till this moment, they haven't granted us a go ahead to trade. I haven't traded for 2 weeks plus. People that use Trade locker can't trade and they can't give a valid reason why. Their support team is nonsense. The timer in discord is from 15 minutes to 6 hours before you can send another text in the discord channel. The live support team are also non responsive. Guess what again? They just muted me on discord for speaking the truth. With all these they are still running 50% off promo's. If you see this run, cause the cheap account isn't worth it.

Customer executive Ben helped me transfer account from tradelocker to mt5 easily. He was helpful and kind.

Not issuing promo account, the firm has not issued promo account so far since 30-12-2025 which was supposed to receive immediately, i understand that year end vacation but it has to be system automated. and neither discord, nor chat option is available we need to wait for hours and hours in chat also while raising concern on Email it states in reply that this service of mail complain is closed. where to go? other firms are issuing full size or free accounts on such unreasonable delay. i beleived this is good firm and i purchased copuple of accounts but this is high limit now

This is honestly a mess. QT Funded / TradeLocker announced a mandatory “close all trades” maintenance, clearly stating that all open positions must be closed or they would be force-closed. In reality, this completely destroys swing trading. Why? Because when traders are forced to close all positions at once, the consistency rule explodes. You can lose your account not because of bad trading, but because you were forced by the platform to realize all profits in one day. So let’s be clear: You follow a swing strategy You follow the rules The platform forces “ALL CLOSE” due to technical issues And then you get punished for violating consistency That is not risk management. That is a broken system design. On top of that, the communication was chaotic and the platform did not even behave exactly as announced, which created stress, confusion, and unnecessary risk for traders. If you are a swing trader or plan to hold trades longer than intraday — be very careful. Maintenance + consistency rules = no real chance to trade fairly. This is not trader-friendly. It’s a setup that works against the trader.

I hace been using qt For a bit not there slippage is really bad and from today when I try manually close trades they was declined ever single time so I started screen recordings it happened because that not right so I want to there support team they didn't care but I just thought that fully not right and let people know if you want to see the video it in there discord

I am completely flabbergasted when my Daily Loss limit is way far from reach (for my ac# 10334484) but I had been blocked from the account for a Hard Breach. I attached a screen shot and raised the issue by writing to ‘risk@qtfunded.c’ and been tried to reach out the Live chat but No Reply from anyone since 31st Dec 2015. Last time when my pay-out request was rejected (for ac#10282055) given the reason as one of my trade was during a News event, I did’nt feel that bad though, the best option should have been:- stopped me from the beginning if my profit is not going to be counted they should not have wasted my time and energy by letting me keep on trading on the same account and made profit for them. But this time I felt like I had been cheated and humiliated by one of the Trusted firm, Yesterday itself I still purchased another challenge from QTFunded because of the trust I had with them. This is not a fair deal by QT Funded for a loyal customer like me.

Account # 10348706 I have a $10,000 instant funded account where the soft breach limit is clearly $200. However, my account was marked as breached at $169, which does not make sense and is against the stated rules. I have tried contacting support multiple times and also reached out via Instagram, but no one is replying. This lack of transparency and poor customer support is very disappointing, especially for a funded account. I request a clear explanation and proper review of my account breach, but until now there has been no response from the team. Very unsatisfied with the support and handling of this issue.

Im have been trying to get the zip code issue sorted for a whitdrawal but its taking long i have been stuck on support chat for over 2 hours and over to complience and risk which is more hours at this point. Just to get withdrawal issue sorted as a first time user of crypto currency. Please solve the resolving of problems to be at least fast. Also having only a single form of withdrawal being crypto currency its a long process for some of us, we need options.
