Honestly shocking firm. Can’t get in touch with anyone on the live chat - usually takes hours and that’s if you’re lucky to actually reach anyone. People in discord can’t help with account issues. Disabled trading on my account, when I eventually spoke to someone they enabled it again, disabled it the very next day so had to wait again for live chat which is hours and hours long. Fast forward a few weeks and they’ve done it again and there’s literally no answer on live chat. You can’t just expect people to wait on a live chat window all day to speak to someone about the most basic of stuff. Unbelievable.
I buy a 2step challenge and never got my promo free account. They don't reply on chat to try several times. There response is too poor.

It's been three days since I've bought an account using a discount code where it state you get a free account on purchase but I'm still waiting for that account three days later .

I had a very poor experience with this prop firm. The trading platform freezes frequently, especially when attempting to close profitable trades, which is unacceptable in a live trading environment. The so-called Christmas deal appears to be designed as a trap for beginners. While it offers a large discount and a “free” instant account, the trading rules are extremely restrictive. The 25% consistency rule and the loss limits are unrealistic and seem deliberately structured to increase the likelihood of failure rather than support successful traders. Price slippage is severe and occurs far too often, directly contributing to failed trades. In addition, the price feed frequently differs from real market prices, which makes trading conditions unreliable and unfair. Order execution speed is also very poor, further compounding these issues. Customer support is inconsistent and could be significantly improved. I received different and sometimes contradictory explanations from the support team regarding pricing and execution, which raises concerns about transparency and internal consistency. Overall, I do not recommend this prop firm. Traders would be better off choosing a more professional and reliable firm with fair rules, stable execution, and transparent support.
I purchased an evaluation several months ago. The "market data" used by this company is designed to whipsaw traders. They use bad data. Example 1) sell stop on GBP/AUD 1.9857 supposedly triggered on 1/1/26 Eastern European Time and ONE SECOND LATER I WAS STOPPED OUT AT 2.02634!!! If I look at a chart from any reputable company prices don't even come close! Example 2) Buy stop supposedly triggered on AUD/NZD 1.15495 and ONE SECOND LATER I WAS STOPPED OUT AT 1.12889!!! Again THESE ARE NOT MARKET PRICES!
5 star for the support I received from John via chat. Very quick and straightforward. Easy to work with. As for Qt Funded - love their QT Instant plan. Plans rather since I got the Bogo offer and 50% off.
My experience with QT Funded has been very disappointing. After spending time, effort, and money trading their challenge, my account was permanently disabled due to a so-called “hard breach”, with no meaningful explanation beyond a generic statement. There was no detailed breakdown, no transparency, and no real attempt to review the account fairly. I was following a rules-based strategy (RSI 2 with 200 SMA trend filter) and was not trading randomly or recklessly. Still, once the breach occurred, the response was purely automated and final. Appeals feel more like a formality rather than a genuine review. What’s more frustrating is the marketing-style encouragement (“many top traders fail first, try again”) which feels less like support and more like pressure to buy another account, instead of helping traders improve or learn from mistakes. Risk rules are understandable, but lack of transparency, zero flexibility, and no trader-focused support make this platform feel more commercial than professional. I would advise traders to be extremely cautious, read every rule carefully, and be prepared that once an account is breached, there is virtually no second chance, regardless of strategy or intent.
I had a very bad exprience with the propfirm qt funded they don't accept my kyc 2 3 day nor I'm not able to see my dashboard their customer service is the worst I ever seen in the prop firm industry no one is answering

I paid for a instat funded account. However even after, my KYC was denied. As such , they should have refunded the amount. However, no refund was issued . This is a scam website which is deliberately denying KYC and keeping the challenge money instead of providing a refund.
I would like to say that I received decent chat support, although Fury | QT ignored me for two days initially. Then Viral | QT solved the problem in 5 minutes.

Don't buy worst propfirm ever In Quant teckel Propfirm I have requested a payout $3300 usd on 9/12 I have given a Risk interview on 19/12 But still I didn't received any update regarding my payout 😔 It is more than 15 days I waiting for my payout
horrible experience with this scam firm. I purchased a 100k instant account(1654409), followed all rules, 25% consistency, max 2% risk per trade, etc. After following all rules I end up with 9% profit on the account and requested the payout. First they come with fake allegation of news trading which I never did. I responded to risk team, that I only trade starting of Asia session and never traded any news, then they come with another fake allegation of violating 2% max risk per trade, when all my trades were protected with 1.8% Sl. They did end up rejecting my payout, please don't trust this firm, all traders please don't waste your time and money with this firm, they reject payout of all profitable traders.
My request is as follows: I opened trades in two opposite directions on the same pair with a 20-minute time difference, not at the same opening time and closing time. So based on what logic were both my accounts rejected for funding? Secondly, my first account was rejected based on the same rule breach. Why wasn’t my second account stopped at the same time so I could start over? I put in the time for the second account, completed the phase, but it was still rejected because of the same rule. Thirdly, this happened on both of my accounts in Phase 2. Why am I being told to start over from scratch? This is terrible service and wastes our time and energy. I will file complaints against you everywhere possible. QT FUNDED is a scam and dishonest company. 🖕🖕🖕🖕

QT has been my first try in propfirm industry, although I couldn't take any payouts from the last 3 attempts their service has been nothing short but excellent. Recently had some doubts over their trading rules And Fury has been very supportive and accurate with his quick response. Still my Top firm💚

I didn’t even receive the account. Have been trying to reach out to the customer support. There has been no response from them . I tried to buy a prime 10k account. Which had some offers going on . Even completed the whole payment process of putting the UTR. Moneh has been debited from my bank. I have attached payment screenshots along with time and place of transaction ID to the customer support.This not the first time im buying an account from them , previously it always used to go on smoothly. But this time i dont know what the hell is going on. If anyone from the customer support is reading this message comment. Kindly look into the matter and dispatch my accounts i will rescind my negative comment . Merry Christmas. I got it John from the customer support helped me through the process asked a few basic questions about the purchase. Amazing support was a little late but can be excused being a sunday evening and Christmas week! Haven’t received a payout yet so hope even that would be pretty smooth too.
