i cannot logon tp server , says site does not exist anyone else money just disappear
This company is a scam!! Please, please do not invest any money with them. you have been warned.
But sometimes there are delays in updating quotes. This can This can create difficulties during active trading. Support is great; but I would like all the functions to work without hitch.
It starts very credibly. The account manager was professional and convincing. But as I firmly declined to invest more, over a few weeks, their interest waned. In due course, my small investment was lost. I expected that, and accepted that I may have been fooled. The diminishing investment is probably how they make their money. A convincing model, but ....... That's just my own opinion.
Utter scammers used my husband for his hard earned money and took food out of our kids mouths the only reply you get is WTF just for asking to speak to a agent not professional whatsoever now seeking legal advice and have contacted the fraud department
If there was a zero star I would give this company because they are truly and 100% scammers.from the month of march till May I was trading with this company while they were slowly draining and destroying my life.I had an agent who was nice and supportive while the money was going in and making profits and untill he had made profit out of me after I had borrowed from different banks he disappeared like a cloud on a sunny day .Someone that used to call everyday chickened out and shut me off.Made a complaint to the company and after several emails asking for answers I was allocated who was so nasty in his email back to me it was unbelievable. Lost over£20 000 to this company and even today there is no explanation. Weeks have and no update whatsoever. Still doing their investigations Just waiting to get a good solicitor to get my money back and my profits
I simply want my deposit refunding. Having not had any contact with ProXgain for over two months. There is no way to get in touch with them. They have not replied to my emails asking for info and my money back.
They are scam/fraud don't try it they operated in Kenya, paid $300 approximately £250.00 with my credit card in February, when I decided not to trade again since I didn't gain anything, just tied down my money, i tried to withdraw, I contacted them that I'm not interested that I need to withdraw my money,they have blocked me i can't log in anymore so don't fall victim
Keep requesting for withdrawal but keep stating our success manager will contact you. Can Anyone tell me how to close the live accounts down. Then I can withdraw. Many thanks Success Manager is going to contact me. Dated 8th May - many thanks... Many thanks....
Please and please keep away from this company I have invested £200 pounds and next day I have called the advisor and couldn’t get him over the phone and next day my account was in loss mode so Please be careful of these scammers.
5 star scam company, if you want to lose all your money invest in proxgain
Well, still no money back. No communication from them. There will of course be the usual reply to this, but please do not invest with these people. I would also advise you to try and get money out if already invested. As long as my money is not rightfully returned. I will continue to keep people informed about this company.
What made my experience great is I was shown how to trade online when to buy or when to sell and how to close trade and take the profits and how to open positions again

Please don't go anywhere near this company .When I requested a withdrawal all my money disappeared overnight .The four star reviews must be friends of this rogue company SCAMMERS!
I invested 250$ doing ok put £1000 pounds in got up to 2800$. Then the market went down. They tried to get me to have a loan to invest in gold, I said no but they kept pushing. The market went down so I stopped all trades which left me with 580$. Today 10/04/2025 I looked at my account and it registered zero so wear has it gone. Someone’s back pocket. Please do not gamble with your money with this proxgain. THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY YOU HAVE invested as they have with me.
