ProtechFX customer reviews

Summary
Multiple customers report that the broker is a scam: aggressive sales pitches led to substantial deposits (one client deposited $40,000) and the broker or assigned agents allegedly executed trades on clients’ behalf while displaying falsified profits (one reported fake equity up to $400,000). When clients attempted withdrawals or when funded-account challenges failed, accounts were deactivated, withdrawal requests ignored, and agents stopped responding or disappeared; complaint emails bounced and contact details were fake. Several reviewers say they allowed remote access (AnyDesk) and subsequently had data and cryptocurrency wallets compromised. The firm reportedly failed to manage trades responsibly (e.g., leaving positions open over weekends), failed funded challenges, took additional funds and then ceased communication, and refused refunds; some victims were able to dispute charges via credit card. Complainants state they have screenshots, receipts and other evidence and have reported the company to law enforcement in multiple countries; reviews warn others not to allow remote access and to avoid doing business with this broker.

As an extremely unsatisfied customer, I initially engaged with this company to oversee my funded account. They performed satisfactorily for approximately a week, but a crucial oversight occurred when they neglected to close open trades over the weekend. Consequently, Nova Funding canceled my account. Moreover, I entrusted them with an additional 2k to manage two more accounts. However, once they observed the failure of the funded account, they ceased responding to my messages. Beware of these individuals; they may take your money and disappear. Fortunately, I used a credit card for payment, allowing me to dispute all three charges.

I had an account with Protechfx which I opened after I was contacted by 2 sales associates one of whom was the founder and owner of the website who is based in Cyprus but is Greek. After numerous sales pitch I opened the account . I deposited $40,000USD over a period of about 6 months to trade forex. I traded daily and it appeared I was making good profits from daily forex trading. The agent would call me every morning , he opened and executed the trades on my behalf and the website displayed a robust profit . But it was all a scam . The profits were not real , they were being manipulated behind the scene to look like profits . They are a sham . After my profits had reached about $400,000 USD I tried to withdraw using the withdrawal form on the website. When I tried to withdraw nothing happened, my account was deactivated and the agent who used to call me every morning to open trades simply stopped calling, he even had his phone number deactivated and disappeared. I sent numerous complaint messages to protechfx complaint department in the UK but the email was returned undeliverable, it is a fake email address which does not work . I have lodged complaints to law enforcements in the US, Canada, and the UK. Protechfx now only operates in Australia because it is under police investigations for fraud and scam in the US, Canada and UK. I have documents and screenshots to provide as proofs that this company is a complete fraud and 100% scam . They stole my data and my crypto currency wallet when I allowed them to access my computer through ANYDESK. Please never allow them to access your computer. This company and the associated forex website is a complete scam. I have documents , receipts, email communications, text messages which I can produce to prove without a doubt that this company is 100% fraud and scam . I can be contacted by through TrustPilot.
