I traded with Promax and actually made a profit. Later, I was informed that hedging is not allowed on their platform — something that was not clearly explained beforehand. They told me they would at least return my initial capital within one week. Now it has been more than two weeks, and every time I contact support, they keep postponing the payment by saying “one more week.” We are talking about only $300. If a broker struggles or refuses to return such a small amount, imagine what would happen if you deposit more. This review will stay public until my capital is fully returned. Very disappointing experience and not a broker I would recommend.
