I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with ProfitLevel.com (legal entity: BCM Begin Capital Markets CY Ltd) and to warn potential clients about the company's unethical practices and lack of accountability. My interaction with ProfitLevel has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I urge everyone to steer clear of this organization. One of the most concerning aspects was ProfitLevel's failure to adhere to CYSEC guidelines, despite being a regulated entity. The absence of crucial call recordings and their delayed provision raised serious doubts about their transparency and commitment to compliance. Additionally, ProfitLevel's representatives engaged in unacceptable behaviour, crossing boundaries by pressuring me with investment advice beyond providing general market information. They persistently pushed for deposits, making lofty promises of profitable returns, while discouraging the use of stop-loss orders. Furthermore, it came to light that some of the individuals providing investment advice were not even registered with CYSEC, calling into question the legitimacy of their services. ProfitLevel's lack of clarification on this matter only deepened my concerns. Regrettably, ProfitLevel 's response to my complaints was unsatisfactory, marked by delayed replies. This only reinforced my disappointment and underscored their apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. My experience with ProfitLevel & BCM Begin Capital Markets serves as a reminder to thoroughly research any financial institution before entrusting them with your funds. Choose companies that prioritize compliance, transparency, and customer satisfaction to avoid the pitfalls I encountered
