Summary
Multiple reviewers accuse Primotrade (Primo Trading) of being an outright scam: they lure clients with promises of large returns, show fabricated portfolio gains, then block withdrawals and become unresponsive. The firm is described as unlicensed, demanding extensive personal documents and card photos, and repeatedly requesting undisclosed fees (taxes, interest) or additional deposits to release funds. Communication often turns rude or evasive; account managers and salespeople disappear or change identities and callback requests fail. Reported tactics include unsolicited spam/phishing messages, pressure to use MoonPay or cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin), use of fake third-party agents, alleged hacking and misuse of provided IDs. Losses reported range from a few hundred to several thousand euros; many victims filed complaints with the FCA, police and cybercrime units. A small number recovered money through private cybersecurity firms and coin chargeback services, but the overwhelming consensus is to avoid the platform.

The company is professional scam with nice ladies to carry out the act. You just continue to see additional deposit to your portfolio to show like good return on investment. Try to withdraw any amount from it, no one will respond to you anymore. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.... THEY ARE SCAM

Just a SCAM. You will loose your money - just like me. They are lovely to deal with when you want to invest and pretend to help you all the way, but when it's time to try to withdraw some of your money the problems will start and you will have no access and no way to recover your money.

Never put your money into Primotrade. You will lose it. The company has no reliable registration. They will take your money and show you how much they are making for you. And then they will ask you for a bigger investment. Then the profits will stop. As will the contacts with the so-called company. The whole thing is an outright scam. They never answer the phone. There is a method of asking for a callback. It never works. Oliver Bert was the salesman who convinced me. He no longer returns calls. Catherine Read was my so-called account manager. She no longer even looks at WhatsApp messages. Just don’t touch this company, if it is a company.

They are the biggest scam on this planet, I’ve put my $250 in their account got it back but then they make me big promises, to make it big, within six weeks it went up to 32,000, I tried to take out 10,000 but I was told but I had to put in their interest first before I can take out my money, so I put in US$1000 through my wallet then they got a false worker from Binance to call me and sort out my money to go into my wallet, but he put it into his account and closed all account. When I tried to contact them they disappeared. But Primotrade is still operation. DON’T join them. They come across as being very nice and helpful but they’re not.

This is a copy of a conversation between myself and primo trade: please please take this very seriously: You can send me 100 what are you talking about? I want to myself be able to withdraw that monies myself. I don’t want you to send me any monies.”! I don’t need the monies I need control of my finances Pt: that's what you have your bank for, but in this account I control the funds so you can make money, this is not a game i thought you understood Me; You are saying I need to ask you to send me my monies when I need it? I can’t gain access to my own monies? When did you say that to me? Me: I want my account closed and the monies returned to me. I don’t trust this anymore P: 🤣 All this for £250 Me You can think what you want it’s still my £250 Me: Am not asking for your money and asking for my money back. Thank you...” you don’t need my £250 then give it back P: i guess you need it Me: You have no idea. Thank you Very very very very very very much Me: Is it done P; Yes” Never got my monies back. My little £250. What needs to be noted is the tone of communication. How dear this tiny foot guy talk to anybody in this manner.. shame on him shame on them for hiring him. Stay away

I thought this was too good to be true. Turns out it was. Primo Trading is a scan all they want is money promises to make double profits or more. Far from it and when you try to withdraw your funds they delay and ignore emails and SMS. They purchase through moon pay and transfer it to your account. Don't do and for anyone thinking of trading with them prepare to be bombarded with promises and kiss your money good bye. Expensive lesson but learnt. Do research BEFORE you invest it will save alot of time, effort and heartaches.

Do not invest your money with this scam brokerage, they are only interested in scamming you and taking the money you keep with them. The brokerage is unlicensed and not allowed to handle to the investments of the general public, which includes you. I once fell for their tricks and opened an account with them, eager to enjoy the benefits of the investment packages. I invested a total of 6000 euros and waited for my money to grow with them. I requested for my money back after a month, to which i was asked to pay an undiscussed tax fee. I reluctantly paid this to unlock my funds with them but nothing still changed after doing this. I started calling their customer support and this went on for days without getting any response or feedback from their end. I realized what was happening and reported them to the FCA, whom informed me about the illegitimacy of their operations. I thought i had lost all that money until i came across BermudaFinance Security, a cybersecurity firm. They helped retrieve my money back through a coin chargeback process, since i made all payments with bitcoin. Ensure you never send your money to Primotrade or you will lose all of it.

Suspicious this's spam, received a text with my name(wondering how did they get my info) with a link to an article about a new cryptocurrency in China, newly become a successful investment with an estimated increase in price by some expert. Follow with a quick phone call once you write down your email will guard you to the page to pay, and even there's a customer review that said it's immediately seeing the profit already, includes a bonus as a basic trader/customer. Do not give any money

They will not refund a payment made - they have provided no services, simply emails asking for pictures (front and back) of driving license, credi card, passports - basically everything for the to continue to make fraudulent payments - I was scammed - please no one else use them
