Summary
Multiple customer reviews allege that the broker (appearing as Primexq and referenced alongside Prime Personal Finance Ltd) is unregulated—registered in the Marshall Islands and not FCA-authorised—and may be a clone using another firm’s details. Reviewers report being unable to withdraw funds unless they pay invented fees or “crypto taxes” (examples cited: £457, €3,000), persistent demands for larger deposits, pressure to accept loans or repay alleged debts, and seizure of portions of earnings. Complaints also include false claims of partnerships (e.g., AGRICOLEFX/“Europe’s big bank”), unprofessional communication (brief/formal-sounding demands, loud background noise), aggressive behaviour and account blocking by representatives (named in reviews as Dr Scott Edwards/Edward Scott). Based on these experiences, customers strongly warn others not to open accounts or deposit money with this broker.

Unfortunatelly I can only echo the bad experience others reviewers shared. The Company is unprofessional. Warning signs in my experience: 1. Demands of higher and higher deposits 2. Lies about taking a loan from the Company, that said Company took on my behalf 3. No accreditation with UK's Governing Financial bodies 4. Plain language in formal letters, for instance: "Hi, You owe us Xxxx etc. Please pay by xxxx date. Financial department." 5. Loud noises, other people shouting in the background 6. Stealing half of the earnings to repay for imagined loan. 7. Unprofessional staff, especially Edward Scott. If that is their real name. Hopefully experiences like these can be good lessons for all. Better, safe encounters to look forward to.

100% a scam they will make u invest and have numerous financial advisers do the trades for u then I was told they partnered up with Europe’s big bank another platform called AGRICOLEFX complete lie and then once I reach a good profit you have to pay newly invented tax so for example I have a balance of 10.100 euros I have to 3000 euros tax before I can have access to the money. I done my research on the company and confronted there main guy Dr SCOTT EDWARDS. He gave me many stories and once I told him I am unable to put more money in he told me that I won’t have access to the money untill I do this. I told him I can Only put 300 more he agreed to this which made me sure that this is a scam as he went from wanting 3000 to accepting 300. I offered to pay him extra from the profit I have made he said he hasn’t got acccess to that money and he can’t do anything. I finally told him that I am not investing a penny more as I am sure this is a scam he changed and got aggressive. He then said he withdrawing my money and my profit giving to charity and blocked me . PEOPLE BEWARE IF YOU COME ACROSS ANY IF THE COMPANIES ITS A SCAM AND DR SCOTT EDWARDS IS A CON ARTIST

Primexq / Prime Personal Finance Ltd I’ve conducted a search on the Financial Services Register (the register) which is a public register of the firms we authorise and it also shows warning pages for unauthorised firms. I’ve not been able to locate a firm called Primexq which means they’re not authorised by us – this sounds like a scam. I have been able to locate a firm called Prime Personal Finance Ltd with reference number 836265, however, I can’t see that Primexq is listed as a trading name for the firm. I have concerns that you are dealing with a clone firm. A ‘clone’ is when individuals are using the details of this firm to suggest they work for the genuine firm. We call this cloned firm and it is typically part of a scam.
