Summary
Multiple reviewers allege the broker is a scam, citing unresponsive staff, lack of accountability and deceptive practices. Complainants report being asked to transfer funds—often in Bitcoin—to accounts controlled by the broker so money cannot be traced and police cannot help. Several say reported online profits cannot be withdrawn without first depositing more money, bonuses are imposed on accounts and then used as a pretext to seize funds, and trade-account balances are manipulated. Attempts to reach support reportedly fail after large deposits; named representatives mentioned include Rachel Lambert, Adam Rocher and Kelly Guitier. One reviewer describes losing thousands and claims over $200,000 shown in an account that could not be accessed; others accuse the platform of writing fake positive reviews. One outlier review says a third-party recovery team (HEADLINE/COMPTOÑHÜBS) helped retrieve funds. Overall, reviewers warn others to avoid the broker.

Don’t trust them, they steal from you!!! Big alarm Bells! They mist be stopped!! They ask you to transfer money from one bitcoinaccount to there’s, So your money can not be traced and The police can not help you. The only thing left for us is to warn other people. Online you make Great profit, but you cannot cash it. When you want to cash it, you first have to transfer more money! Something else: they say they offer you a free bonus. We refused The bonus, but still they did put it on our account. Now They say we first have to Transfer The money of The bonus to them, before they can return our money. Totally scam!! Wrong Campanië! Stay away from them…Names we Spoke to are: Rachel Lambert, Adam Rocher and Kelly Guitier

I wish the staff would be responsive as possible, lacks accountability and really not a way to run a company.
