I'm not a financial expert. I'm just someone trying to understand the crypto space and grow my money. Primarkets makes it easy to do that. The dashboard shows a clear view of my portfolio's performance and value. Setting up limit orders is simple, and the real-time data is accurate. I like the educational resources available; they have helped me understand the market better and plan my actions. My crypto journey has been much easier since I started using this. It feels reliable and helps me manage my investments well for good results.
Overall, I'm very happy with this crypto trading software. The trading engine is fast and responsive. The interface is clean and easy to use. Managing my portfolio is simple because of the clear dashboard. My account balance has seen positive movement since I started using it consistently and executing my trades here. However, there are a couple of small things I've noticed. The web trader can feel a bit less responsive than the desktop version. This is especially true when scrolling through charts quickly or placing fast orders. I think the listed coins are good choices. However, I would like to see support for more niche altcoins. These altcoins are available on some other exchanges. These are small points, but I trust Primarkets for my main trading and overall portfolio management.
The website is solid. Can check positions and make moves anywhere, anytime. Big plus.

I put 200 us dollars into primarkets they wanted me to invest another five thousand however I dicided not to after a couple of months my account was stagnant so I decided to withdraw my funds this didn't happen I also think I have been scammed they don't return phone calls or answer emails I would strongly advise anyone considering investing in them not to

(SCAM ALERT) NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. ALL STAFF ARE NASTY THEY TELL YOU TO GET LOANS OUT FOR YOUR TRADING ACCOUNT. GETTING YOU INTO DEBT. WHEN I SAY THIS I MEAN YOU RECIEVE NONE OF THE PROFITS THEY OWE ME £1800 WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED. THEY PHONE ALL THE TIME ABOUT THE WITHDRAWL BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT. THEY TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
They keep wanting you to invest more money and when you have doubts about investing more with them they show you how easy it is to withdraw your money then you try to do it on your own its impossible Customer support address isn't a valid one phone number it English and never answers and office address the Netherlands with all as you would do business with them scum
If only there was a Zero! Not sure who all these people are saying it’s the best thing since sliced bread - I have been SCAMMED by them - gave them my small amount of money to invest after nearly doubling I wanted to withdraw it - suddenly I cannot reach anyone and my withdrawal is pending (4 weeks now)
Look, the platform does its main job pretty well... The interface is clean, it's fast, and I've never had an issue with deposits or withdrawals. The platform is reliable for basic market buys but lacks advanced order types like trailing stops. The selection of altcoins is limited compared to other exhchanges. While it's suitable for main holdings, users may need another platform for speculative trades. It's good option, but not yet an all-in-one solution...
After the initial outlay i could not afford to put more in so wanted to receive my return BUT am unable to contact them - The Support email bounces back and the phone number goes to an answer mchine with no comeback - Have I been Scammed!!!
For basic market or limit on major coins, Primarkets works well. It connects easily, and execution is usually good. The interface becomes difficult to use when I try to use advanced order types like OCOs. It also gets confusing when I use detailed charting tools. It feels two different programs combined. It meets basic needs but does not support more complex strategies smoothly. This limits my ability to manage my portfolio value beyond simple methods. It does the job, but just barely.
