Absolutely appalling service from Pridefx. It has been more than a month, and my investment is still being held hostage. Countless emails and support tickets have yielded nothing but empty promises and delays. This is a blatant disregard for customer trust and financial autonomy. Investors beware: this platform cannot be trusted with your assets. This has caused myself and my disabled husband a extreme lot of stress and worry. ayr'L'P built an audit trail, lodged a formal escalation, and the funds were released.
