I chanced upon PolaxGroup through an online ad and took the plunge with C$250. Despite initial deposit hiccups, things seems promising. The platform instills confidence, and I'm eager to delve deeper. Stay tuned for updates, currently at a reserved three stars
This company is very helpful and attentive whilst coaxing an investment out of you but will subsequently not let you withdraw your money. I became suspicious so asked a manager to close my account and return my initial investment. After realising he could not persuade me otherwise he put the phone down on me. Now they will not engage in conversation nor answer emails. Avoid this company like the plague. Fortunately I only lost £250.
It really CAN'T be 4 stars - Customer service is TERRIBLE!! No response after numerous requests.
SCAM - DO NOT USE! Seen an ad for this company and thought I'd get involved with 'AI Trading'. Invested the minimum $250 required just to see how it worked and it apparently made me $380 in a week. When I tried to take money out of the account, they allowed '$50' (which could only be paid in Bitcoin) and then started demanding that I put 1000s back into the account. I said I wanted to empty the account as I no longer feel comfortable trading with them and they sent me a fake court order trying to scam me for over £1000. DO NOT USE - THIS IS A SCAM.
I wish it had some eBooks as educational material, but all in all, my experience with PloaxGroup was top-notch. I made a decent profit, learned much about the finance world, and had a blast using the platform. Give it a go, you won't regret it. Cheers!
