I was a loyal user and followed the rules on my own. Everything changed once I started doing well. Without warning, I was accused of something I didn't do and shut down. They didn't just close my account, they took everything and hid behind their terms. #StovexGlobal #Inc keeps everything clear and well paced. Great experience overall. I have mid 6 figures with Plexy. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM withdrawing 5 figure amounts or even $100k+. Highly recommend them.

Plexitrade has helped and guided me through out my investment with forex. They respond promptly when you call them. If they are not available, leave a message. Sure enough your rep or someone from customer service will call you back. So pleased working with them.
I have to give Plexy 5 stars for their customer support. I had an issue being able to access my MT4 for some reason. I tell you they stayed online with me until the issue was fixed. It took me some time since I'm not really computer savvy. They were very patient and assured me they would stay online until I was able to access accounts on all platforms. They were patient and professional. I really can't thank them enough for their great customer support.

It may sound like I am overstating the positive about PlexyTrade, but that's not the case. They have been great for the year+ that I have used them--definitely better than another platform I used previously. And support is outstanding! All have been helpful and quick to respond, especially my account specialist, Sana. I can recommend them with highest honors.
I've been with PlexyTrade for six months now and am very happy with them at this point. I would definitely recommend them. The only tip I would give is to make sure you check when they're open and closed around holidays. They provide this information so it's easy to check.
I've been with this broker for over a year now and I must say that have pleasantly surprised me since the beginning. The interaction with customer support has been responsive and very helpful. They helped me in the very beginning when I had trouble depositing through crypto, and were able to find my money. I trade mainly Forex and Silver lately, spreads and execution has been great. I've used their MT5 and MT4 platforms without any problems. I saw they just added Tradelocker as a platform so that is good news, it is a nice modern platform that I might switch my account to. I have done a few withdrawals without any problems, usually hits my wallet in a day or two. I submitted my biggest withdrawal today for a little over $4k. This should be a good test to see how they handle bigger withdrawals. I'll update my review and let everyone how the withdrawal went. The only thing that I would say they could improve on is add an option for deposit and withdrawals through ACH or debit cards. So far so good, I look forward to using them more in the future. UPDATE 12/24/2025: I just wanted to post a quick update, that my $4k withdrawal just hit my wallet. It took them less than 24hrs to send me my money. Thanks Plexytrade! I recommend this broker, great customer support, spreads, and they pay!

I have loved using Plexytrade. They are consistently responsive, and their platform is very intuitive. The bonus programs have been excellent, and I’ve been able to participate in several of them. I’ve never experienced any issues with depositing or withdrawing funds, and my account manager has handled all of my questions with exceptional care. Plexytrade Stole My Funds and Closed My Accounts – Stay Away ## Review I am writing this review to warn everyone about Plexytrade, because they have effectively scammed me and taken my money. I had around 3,400 USD in my Plexytrade wallet and two live trading accounts (about 800 USD each, with around 950 USD balance in my live account) Today I received an email from Plexytrade saying my accounts were closed for “breach” and “hedging” rules, and they confiscated all my money . They are claiming that my normal swing trading strategy is “hedging abuse”, but I was not doing any kind of bonus abuse or internal hedging like a prop firm – this is simply my trading style with swing trades and larger lot sizes. After closing my accounts, they also removed or hid my trading history, deposit and withdrawal history, and basically tried to erase all records, which is extremely suspicious and unprofessional. This is my own deposited capital, not just bonus money, and there is no fair reason to seize it From my experience, Plexytrade is not a safe or honest broker. There are already many reports online that they are unregulated, block withdrawals, void profits, and use “suspicious trading” or “hedging” as excuses to confiscate client funds. I strongly recommend that nobody opens an account or deposits any money with Plexytrade. If anyone needs proof, I have screen‑recorded videos and screenshots of my deposits, trading, and how they closed my accounts and took my money.

The customer service is fantastic. Kell is a joy to talk to and I am able to deposit and withdraw money quickly and easily. The only drawback is having to use crypto to transfer money into and out of Plexytrade which is a pain with high fees attached.
Plexytrade has been my best broker honestly. I didn't know they weren't regulated (didn't do my proper research), but they're for sure professionals. I've yet to have a problem with them. I think they've been my broker for almost 2 years after I got transferred from lqdfx. They fixed a problem the other day that wasn't even their fault and I'm very grateful.

Their support is top notch as they call you directly to make sure you’re confident with the platform, which is rare in this industry. In my case, I’m taken care of by Hashim Khan, and he’s been on top of everything, he even checks in on my PAMM to make sure growth stays smooth and consistent. I use their account-management portal inside the dashboard and it’s seamless. My clients are happy, everything runs smoothly, and withdrawals are fast and never an issue.

I have been with PlexyTrade for almost a year now-and the one on one customer service is amazing. Today, I got an overseas phone call response to an issue that I was having with my trade account. Alidarr helped me through the details and it turned out that I was at fault. Alidarr solved the Forex trade account problem by switching me into a .Pro trade account and all my issues were solved! So often when using a foreign trade account broker-you can feel left for dead when issues arise-but PlexyTrade is always there and is ready to help!

I have been a client with Plexytrade for over a year. I was a loyal customer, depositing my own capital and trading consistently. Everything was fine until I started being profitable. Recently, I received an email from their "Compliance Department" (ticket #Plexytrade#450248) out of the blue, stating that my account was being terminated for "hedging in coordination with another client." I have no idea what they are talking about. I trade alone from my own home and do not know any other traders on their platform. This accusation is completely false and feels like a fabricated excuse. The worst part is that they are not just closing my account. They are voiding all my profits AND keeping my initial capital. They quoted a clause from their agreement to justify this theft. This is a classic scammer move. They are happy to take your deposits when you are losing, but the moment you start making money, they invent a breach of terms to confiscate everything. They are not a legitimate broker; they are thieves hiding behind legal jargon. Do not trust Plexytrade with your money. They will find any excuse to take it from you. I have lost all my capital and my hard-earned profits. My most recent deposit was made on Thursday. You have taken that deposit as well, which is my initial capital, not profit. I have no knowledge of these individuals. You provide no evidence because none exists. You have done neither. You simply took my money and hid behind baseless accusations.Return my recent capital deposit immediately. He had the audacity to ask me to remove my grievance in exchange for restoring my account. The catch? They still claimed I was “hedging in coordination” with accounts I’ve never heard of—names like “Sunday” and “Adekunle”—which is a complete lie. Not only did they fabricate this reason to void my profits, but they also kept my own deposited capital. When I refused to delete my review, they came up with another ridiculous excuse, blaming “liquid providers” and refusing to return my money. This is not a broker—this is organized theft. They lure you in, take your money when you’re profitable, and then silence you with false accusations and empty promises. Do not trust Plexytrade. Run far away from these thieves.
I have been working with PlexyTrade for a year now, Their customer service is exceptional, they really care about their customers through timely communication and transparency. I was able to deposit and withdraw big amount with no issue, have the bonus conversion per their terms and conditions, Kell my account manager is always accommodating and ready to help quickly. The only downside for me it the crypto for deposit and withdrawal which hold hefty fees and based on deposit amount rather than a fixed fee. Overall, great team to work with, competitive commission rates and great bonus offers. Definitely recommend.
World class service! I've been trading in the forex markets for a little over a decade. I've used many brokers over the years, some were ok, some were decent, one failed and my money was gone forever; but Plexytrade is the best I've ever used. The customer service I receive at Plexytrade is simply outstanding. I've been assigned a personal point of contact, Craig, who is knowledgeable, capable, polite, friendly, and helps ensure that I have everything I need to keep my accounts running smoothly. I especially appreciate that Plexytrade follows through on promises. There is no bait and switch, they simply do what they say they will do, every time, without fail. I recommend them to anyone I meet or know, I am pleased to do business with them and intend to remain a customer for life!
Plexytrade has been the smoothest broker I've used in my 4 year trading career. I have not had a problem with execution of my trades, and slippage is minimal upon entry. Withdrawals can be a little bit more consistent time wise though. One day ill get my withdrawal within minutes, and than the next withdrawal would be 24 hours later. But if you are a profitable trader you are a priority!
